Rude Blind Mute staff! They act like they don't see you. No welcome. They will walk right by you as if they don't see you. Delusional grand attitude. As if you have to deal with their disgusting attitude and behavior. We are customers. Not homeless asking for change. When customers walk in they should feel welcomed. Not completely ignored. By far the worst customer experience ever at a cell phone store.

Worst service ever experienced. Spoke to rep saying they had a stock for a screen protector. Got there and waited 30 min in line after verify they had screen protectors. After 30 min they did not have the screen protector I had asked for and verified was in stock. No respect for people's time at all.

Customer service is not up to par. Waited thirty minutes made an appointment got there appointment time waited. another thirty minutes had to leave. Never had problems with them before. Not sure is the new layout or new employees.

I got to the store early on Saturday and was helped right away. Juan was very professional and guides me through my new IPhone purchase. I recommend this store!

I would not recommend this business. Terrible customer service. I was wondering if there was something wrong with my camera so I took it in. One of the male workers looked at my phone and said "can I take this off" didn't specify so I assumed he meant the phone case. So I said yes and he took off my SCREEN PROTECTOR. I DID have a matte protector on. But it doesn't alter my photo quality in any way. Nobody was helpful and manager was super dismissive. Not returning back anytime soon. I asked if they would be replacing my screen protector and male worker and manager both said he was specific. Manager wasn't in the room when he asked me and worker DID NOT specify. Amazon has better screen protectors for cheaper anyways so I don't mind taking my service there. I'm not paying $50 for a screen protector after an employee ripped mine off without specifying.

Does not accept modern phones and is incredibly rude about it. Does not accept walk ins and has hour long waits to speak in contradiction to their online representatives.

Save your time and liberty just order online or bestbuy...way better customer service and they don't mask shame you. Such a joke
