Who ever is in that office does not answer calls, after waiting for the automated AI you finally get to wait on hold for 10-15 minutes and IF someone does answer they probably will hang up , they need better communication and service

I have used this location for years. I dont know if they have new management for their pharmacy but they have gone from being amazing to being inconvenient and such bad customer service. They don't know what they are doing most of the time. My children's pediatrician sends in the same prescriptions they have been on for years and so the medication should be on the prescription as well as the files the pharmacy keeps but yet they still don't know what I'm picking up so they are asking me all kinds of questions about what is the dosage that is prescribed. Like if im the doctor that prescribed the medication. I have given them over a year to see if they would straighten things out. But it is still the same as so very stressful. So now I have know choice but to change to a different place. I do not recommend this location.

⚠️ Warning! Be careful when going to this pharmacy. Bethany, Stephanie and pharmacy dep.t all need mental help. They are extremely rude, angry/rage, unprofessional and toxic. The manager at this Walgreens is no better. Every time I tried to talk to her she kept putting me “on hold” to avoid any accountability.

Customer service definitely sucks here, the cashiers are the worst. One in particular am shifts lol . I would not recommend this location at all :(

I've been using this pharmacy for 20 yrs, the quality of service has plummeted, exponentially. They close their pharmacy without warning, hold your prescriptions hostage due to understaffing, and the few times I can get a hold of someone: they're never kind. As a healthcare professional, I'm appalled and have decided to switch pharmacies. Don't waste your time!

Over 15 years the older lady has hated me. Never told me why but always had a negative comment for me. Never called her anything but lady as I don't know her name.comments in front of other customers. I have no other enemies that I know of. Could I have unknowingly rejected a flirt? Another gentleman (emploee) suggested I don't buy anything from the herbal isle but was at least civil. If I ever see this lady with a flat tire, I'm going to help (if she let's me. ). I don't hate her.

They are so lazy here! They couldn’t do a simple transfer for my 4 year olds medication. I called a different Walgreens and they did it with no issues!!
