Today, on a Saturday, I was at Walgreens on Rodd Field and SPID waiting behind someone before 6pm. They took a long time, at least 5-10 minutes. When I drove up to the window, it was after 6pm. The pharmacy decided to close and didn’t provide service to me. In fact, there were 2 cars behind me waiting, too. Are you kidding?!? Worst customer service!!!

Getting kind of irritated. My father fell in the store yesterday and no incident report was done just got his name and phone number. Now he calls back to speak to the manager and is getting the run around. If they don't contact us today they will be hearing back from someone else.

It's a Walgreens... if you have been to one you have been to them all. This one has good customer service and it's kept clean. If you need to go to a Walgreens, you can't go wrong with this one.

They forgot to fill my prescription. They forgot and then no apology, just told me I could wait around for 20 minutes while they filled it. I only transferred it here because we were going to be in the area, so when I told her I didn't want to fill it anymore, she gave me a sarcastic "okay..." and looked at me like I was crazy to not want to wait around for them to fix their mistake. I'll take my business to a pharmacy that treats customers with respect.

The Staff at the pharmacy and Miss Solis are always super friendly and very helpful! Two days ago I left my wallet by the register on my way to San Antonio and a young lady called me and save it for me!! I am very thankful.
