Had a horrible experience with Irma, she thinks she owns the store made a big deal because I was recording and wasn't recording her, she ran out the store to follow me and yelled at me. So I went back to return every item I purchased and she called the cops on me because she felt threatened. The manager reviewed the surveillance and saw I didn't do anything wrong yet she still has her job. I've been shopping at this Walgreens for years now I've switched my prescriptions to heb and no longer shop there like I used to. She doesn't deserve to be a manager and needs to get a new job.

I've attempted to have several prescriptions filled at this Walgreens and they consistently never receive the request or simply don't fill it, but this last time was the last straw and I'm switching pharmacies. They have an order from my doctor to refill my prescription but are just not filling it, I keep seeing an "action needed" status within the Walgreens app & a note they have something to clarify with me. I have called 4 different times regarding the "action needed" and I have been dismissed every time and told to call later or told that it is being worked on when it is not. It's been 2 days with no fill, no prescription takes that long to fill. They have parked me on hold every time I've called, one time was over 30 minutes, I believe they didn't plan on ever picking up. I explained all of this to a pharmacist technician and a pharmacist who assured me they would fill the prescription but the next morning, now Sunday, when they are closed, I have a brand new "action needed" status. Walgreens was a familial place of work, my mom and dad worked there, my brother, and I too. I've been very loyal to their pharmacies as a result; however, this is such a poorly managed pharmacy that after now 3 days of calling, I can't get a prescription filled and I am almost out of my current prescription and frantically trying to call my doctor and a new pharmacy who can actually accomplish their job. Shockingly disappointing service. If you've used Walgreens for years I highly recommend switching somewhere else for the meantime

My experience with this wall greens has been terrible over the last several months. They have a outsourced answering service that answers their phones so these people will tell you one thing about your order and when you get to Walgreen store to pick it up, they won't have a clue I've talked to two managers there I thought, but it seems that neither one of those were the managers and I'm not sure who the real manager is not that it probably would do any good I've had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions filled on time or filled completely the partially filled prescription for 90 days and then when you go back to get the other 60 pills, they say that prescription has nothing to do with the 60 pills and I have to wait till the 30 pills run out before I can order with a new prescription if you like to have fun talking to somebody and know how to treat somebody that gives you a hard time you'll really enjoy talking to these people at the store I'm going to change to Walgreens Pharmacy over on Padre Island Drive. I believe their ratings are very good. Have a great day and lots of luck if you use the store.

Whatever you do not EVER switch from a cvs to this Walgreens. I've done nothing but waste my time here. I've never picked up a medicine and waited less than 20 min. I will say the staff are polite but it doesn't make up for wasting my time here.

The pharmacy is plain awful. People upfront are super friendly, super helpful . The pharmacy girls must hate their job. Pure miserable. If you don't like dealing with customers go somewhere else. The girl this evening was just plain awful. Rude too. She treated everyone the same , I observed her while waiting in this annoying line. This poor gentleman kept giving her his birthday she couldn't register it. He finally said look I'm not that old. She kept keying in the wrong year. She did the same to me, maybe write it down? I did observe the drive thru technician. Heard her, observed her attend to the window customers, now she could teach the inside pharmacy ladies some manners and courtesy. She was happy to help her customers. Eager to get them taken care of. Perhaps I'm old school expecting common courtesy. Not rude attitude, a simple thank you would be nice too. Geez , I may change my prescriptions as well.

If you value you TIME avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Wait time is terrible 2+ hours for a non-schedule drug..... the kicker is you come back for your meds hours later and they still are not done!! Do yourself a favor and do not use this pharmacy just because it's close to the Driscoll childrens urgent care. If I could leave them a negative 5 star review I would

be on the alert... pharmacy is dispensing the wrong amout of pills in the bottle. bottle would say quantity 90, but if you actually count the pills you only get 70. i forgive one mistake, but two mistakes if not acceptable... insurance is being billed for wrong amount..

TERRIBLE customer service! Supposed to be a Fed Ex drop off and pickup but they do not want to do it. Literally was told today, they do not do FedEx as they are standing under Fed Ex sign. Just too lazy to do their job. Rudeness was ridiculous. Contacted Fed Ex and they advised they receive constant complaints about the lack of competency of this store

Worst place to get your prescriptions at ever! Was told they'd be ready at 4:30pm, then 5pm & here it is 7pm & nothing is ready! Staff is super rude & unprofessional! If you need a pharmacy, DO NOT come to this one. Don't even waste your time.

This had 1.5 stars and we were ready for the worst. Have you guys SEEN this ice cream selection? Also the guy working was super polite and helpful. You guys must have been in the upside down.

If you're looking for a pharmacy, keep looking! I've picked up prescriptions at various times during the day and it never fails I end up waiting 40min + to be seen. I've tried drive thru vs waiting inside. Staff is somewhat friendly once I'm finally helped but the wait time is not worth it.

This place is a Walgreens... so check your expectations at the door.Things are a bit overpriced, the customer service is a hit or miss.This is the place that you will wanna get in and out.

Lately it seems as if stores are understaffed. I've used this Walgreens for many years so I remember when they would have staff to meet the customers needs. I wonder if the higher ups have cut budgets to bare minimum. looking at the stock price I would wager on corporate budget cuts.
