Tried refilling a prescription over the phone, I was on hold for over 10minutes for them to answer and say “please hold” and then I get disconnected. Called back waited 15 more minutes on hold for her to answer and ask how can she help me I told her I needed to refill a prescription for her to say please hold waited 12 more minutes and they hung up. Very disappointing

This store is ridiculous I had one refill for my synthroid my refill date was05/17/24 I scanned and requested a refill 2 to 3 days before, I'm out of town at a funeral receive a message saying it was canceled, I'm back in town 05/20 it is unbelievable that they didn't check what Walgreen's might have it ,the Walgreen's on Saratoga did so I called them to try and get my prescription filled which they did mean time I've been without my medicine for this is the 4th day why not send me a text stating they can't get it and will transfer it to another store,that's professional, they hadn't even checked until I started calling trying it to find out why canceled. When you request a refill and you have multiple stores out of courtesy you check your other stores let patient no you are unable to fill prescription and they can pick it up at another store "not just cancel it" even if they had sent it Walmart as they've done before and I've had to track it down at least I wouldn't have been without my medicine, in conclusion yes I'm changing pharmacy's too many errors with this one don't trust anymore and to think this is where I've received all my immunizations.They also gave my meds to some else argued with me that I picked them up in the drive thru ask what type of vehicle I drove after I told her what I drove they went a head and filled my script, I'm guessing the vehicle was not a 2016 dodge journey.

Efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful service. In a word - professional. Understaffed in my opinion. But, I’ve never managed a Walgreens.

Stupid photo department FORGOT my envelope with the folded photo card I bought. Had to walk back in and asked for one. I asked for a "courtesy" 2nd envelope, and THEY REFUSED. Ask for the manager, Veronica. She REFUSED. Called customer service. They apologized and gave me $8 Walgreens Cash for the RUDENESS.....all I wanted was a 2nd white envelope.Thanks, Veronica!!! U r such an AWESOME example of a manager, people loathe!

My prescription was sent in on Friday 1/20/23- it’s 1/22/2023 2:30 pm . Pharmacy closes at 3 pm. My prescription still in progress. I’m out of medication. No one to talk to. I’m sick of hearing short staff short staff!!! In my case I can’t even talk to a human. I’m changing I’m location or to another pharmacy.

I don't think covid testing should be done in the drive thru. I don't think people waiting for meds should have to wait 45 minutes to get to the window. It is also very unsanitary.
