Pharmacy is the absolute worst. Prescriptions always happen to be lost or simple not ready as previously notified.

I would rethink buying food from this Walgreens location. Saw a basket of COLD food sitting out and in no hurry to be stored properly

This Walgreens sat on my prescription for literal weeks before putting in an order with their vendor (and they only did that because I called them to ask what the heck they were waiting on), then they made me call back over and over again until the medicine was finally in stock, only for them to reveal that my prescription had expired.
The kicker? My doctor moved practices and so there's no way for me to get my medicine until I get a new appointment with a new doctor.
So yeah. The pharmacist here is utterly inept.

I booked an appointment on the Walgreens website to receive the RSV vaccine as I am 32-36 weeks pregnant. It is clearly started on the website as eligibility criteria as okay to receive the vaccine when booking the appointment. When I got to the pharmacy not only did the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist not know that pregnant women are okay to receive the vaccine (the pharmacist had to call someone to verify) but they then discovered that their store didn’t have the correct vaccine for pregnant women (Abrysvo vs Arexvy). Very frustrating experience.

I feel compelled to share a recent, deeply unsettling experience at this Walgreens pharmacy, particularly regarding the mishandling of my medication and financial concerns.I've been a loyal customer for the past two years, relying on a life-saving medication to manage my ulcerative colitis. The consistent cost has been $15 per month during this time. Unfortunately, recent events have left me in a critical situation, and I feel it's important to bring attention to these issues. On Thursday, 01/04, I visited the pharmacy for my prescription, only to be informed of a partial refill. Despite assurances that the remainder would be ready on Monday, I ran out on Sunday, leading to increased health complications.Subsequent calls on Tuesday morning confirmed a 5:00 PM pickup time, but upon arrival, I was shocked to be told that the remaining refill would now cost $65, a significant increase from the usual $15 charge. Pharmacist Eric Johnson provided no satisfactory explanation, insisting on the new charge and refusing to let me speak with a manager.Adding to the confusion, my bank statement showed an initial charge of $45 on Thursday, raising concerns about the sudden additional charge for the rest of the pills. The lack of communication and empathy displayed during this critical situation, especially considering my recent hospitalization, is disappointing. I urge the pharmacy to investigate this matter promptly, provide a resolution, and consider improving communication for the sake of patient well-being.

There are 2problems with Walgreens-there hours and days pharmacy is open and automated phone system. 95% of the people who work here including the pharmacists are nice, professional and helpful. Then you call and the people turn into Dracula looking for fresh blood. The automated system is the worst and the hours are terrible.

They always have something wrong every time I have to get a prescription refill. They are rude. They are dealing with critically ill people yet treat them with disrespect. They will make you wait weeks for refills that need a doctor authorization and you will have to call continuously. Plus they will not refill some prescriptions when you first move here. Also don't count on them to warn you about a new prescription interacting with your other prescriptios because they won't. They have given wrong dosages. They have given wrong prescriptions. I have reported them because this kind of behavior will end up hurting someone. I was forced here by insurance. If you have a choice, choose a different pharmacy.

My husband and I went in the other day for last minute items early Easter. The Heavy set man I guess Manger at the front looked at us as we talked in up and down and said GReAt it would be people like this today outloud to himself I don't know if he new how loud he said that, but we heard. We proceeded to find our items and he followed us to every aisle but like very close to the point it was uncomfortable I mean personal space is always good. My husband asked him if he is fallowing us and he accused him of having a guilty conscience. My husband owns his own successful business and I also own my own successful business so we felt very offended but proceeded to pay for our items we did not want to ruin our day. My advice to that guy stop stereotyping people yes we looked homeless that day because it was early.

I know what I'm about to do is hard to believe. But even though I'm only giving them two stars, this is actually one of two decent Walgreens in this town. My biggest complaint every time I come to Walgreens is I pay online like they say so it will be faster pick up and nobody uses the express pick up. The pharmacy associate told me Express pick up was for FedEx express medication, which is such a lie. It is supposed to be for those who pay online can come in scan and leave. That is what the Express pick up lane is for, but the fact that he lied about what the Express pick up lane is for is complete bullshit. Someone needs to talk to him and do some retraining, it just pisses me off. Noah, is the name of the associate in the pharmacy that needs to be talked to. At the very least he shouldn't make shit up. Thank you.
