Customer service definitely sucks here, the cashiers are the worst. One in particular am shifts lol . I would not recommend this location at all :(

I've been using this pharmacy for 20 yrs, the quality of service has plummeted, exponentially. They close their pharmacy without warning, hold your prescriptions hostage due to understaffing, and the few times I can get a hold of someone: they're never kind. As a healthcare professional, I'm appalled and have decided to switch pharmacies. Don't waste your time!

Over 15 years the older lady has hated me. Never told me why but always had a negative comment for me. Never called her anything but lady as I don't know her name.comments in front of other customers. I have no other enemies that I know of. Could I have unknowingly rejected a flirt? Another gentleman (emploee) suggested I don't buy anything from the herbal isle but was at least civil. If I ever see this lady with a flat tire, I'm going to help (if she let's me. ). I don't hate her.

They are so lazy here! They couldn’t do a simple transfer for my 4 year olds medication. I called a different Walgreens and they did it with no issues!!

Every time I enter this Walgreens, the older Hispanic woman, never greets you, always has this look on her face that she is unhappy to be at work. Customer service here is so unprofessional. Ive complained about this lady in the past and seemed like that didn't change her professionalism towards her customers.

Makayla Mendez was my cashier today, and during my financial transaction she tossed my shipping envelopes at me and said 'i don't feel like folding these' and continued to scan my other items. she continued give me a disrespectful tone throughout the rest of the transaction, as well as texting away on her phone. very unprofessional. Also needs to take care of her hygiene better before she works in a customer service setting.

The pharmacy tech was so rude, never even looked at me once while so-called helping mex. She talked to other people most of the time and I felt like a nuisance for even being here. Jan 18 at 8:15 p.m. - short hair and tattoos. Not sure of her name. She was even loudly balking that people get their 14 year old Covid booster shots while I am sitting there with my 14 year old foe just that!

Went there to pick up meds and they would not run my insurance (VA) even though I provided the "How to" information. They stated they don't take VA insurance leaving me without my meds. Not Vet Friendly at all.

This is a very busy pharmacy. I've gotten in and out several times, and I've had to wait (up to an hour) several times. I do try to avoid the drive thru if possible. That usually takes longer than walking in. They do seem to be terminally understaffed.

I did their covid pcr test exactly the way they told me to.My test came up as couldn’t be read and they couldn’t give me a retest in time.Now I’m stuck quarantining in Hawaii.

1 * for a number of reasons, first reason being the prescription prices are extremely high, and can be found cheaper elsewhere without insurance. Secondly, the pharmacy always seems to be understaffed. No matter how many people are in line it always takes no less than 45 minutes to get medication. And last but not least, the customer service is horrible, and the cashiers are rude. Very unfortunate that this particular Walgreens speaks for their brand.

Have called three times on two different days and waited over 20 minutes on hold. Twice they hung up on me and the last time I just gave up. Take your prescriptions anywhere else. I don’t blame the staff they are always helpful when they can get a second but whatever’s going on in there it is not working. Management issue. It should not be IMPOSSIBLE to get my prescription sorted. This is ridiculous.

Whenever I run in for a quick pick up of OTC meds, etc...no problem.Only on one occasion, Mother's Day, did I encounter a truly rude and dismissive "manager".BUT!Trying to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine (I'm eligible, TYVM!) online it's like standing in huge line at amusement park only two repeat! Required me to enter my information 3 times!After the system finally confirms I already known eligibility...I get an error message that tells me my profile is incomplete! I finally just phoned directly.Oh, a week ago, Nueces County approved 50yrs & older eligibility, but when I eventually got a person on the phone, they informed music it had not been approved and they were still on the previous phase.I informed them that I confirmed this with the state vaccine regulations.I was then told that I was misinformed. Basically, they called me a liar!Very disappointing...to put it mildly.By the way:When I lived in San Francisco, Walgreens was better staffed & supplied than even the pharmacy at UC Medical Center!

First time I've dealt with a rude employee here. Impolite staff today- well selectively impolite towards me, yet polar opposite with the customer paying before me. ? This was my first time seeing this person and my first time being treated as a nuisance, why do only some get treated respectfully? No lines were crossed or anything serious, but James was completely respectful, happy and patient with the previous customer and totally rude to me and seemingly rushed me and seemed annoyed
