I've been stranded in the drive through line for a timeframe of what can only be summarized as, near eternity... There were three cars ahead of me when I arrived. Without warning, the first car sped away, as if hell itself were within a hairs breadth. Unfortunately, I soon came to realize it was a daring, yet successful escape. I wish them well, yet curse them at the same time, for managing to do what the two cars behind them, along with myself, cannot... What devilish hold does this place have over motorists? What evil design had been unleashed upon our unwitting souls? These questions, I cannot answer. The concept of time has been lost. How long ago? Again, I cannot tell... What I do know however is this...if EVER there was a need for preventing people from going anywhere, or for time to slow to to nothing more than an infants crawl... THIS WALGREENS IS THE SOLUTION... As the song goes, "...you can check out any time you like. But you can never leave."

Will never use them again. Used them for over two years and in the past month I have had to wait a week for one of my sons scripts. Now my baby has a double ear infection. Took her yesterday to the doctor and they kept lying saying they did not have the script when in fact they did and the doctors office was able to show me where they had not only faxed it in but called them 3 times in the last day trying to help me. I finally had to ask for a manager and they finally decided to help. Who would let an infant go 24 hours suffering and who knows how much longer had I not spent all the time tracing down their carelessness.

Waited in line at pharmacy for an hour to move 3 spaces have a line of 7 people behind me with three pharmacists back there and one going back and forth from window to register

Trying to chang my Perscrptions from this Pharmacy to another Pharmacy is almost IMPOSSIBLE. They continuously refill your scripts so nobody else can.I've been trying for 3 plus months, I told them in person, on line, and on the phone. They will not stop messing up my insurance to fill them elsewhere.BUYERS BEWARE

Don’t ever have your scripts sent here. The pharmacy is a joke. They’ll answer the phone just to tell you to hold, and hang up. The line outside for drive thru could be short with one or two cars and they still take over half an hour. Covid tests are done at the drive thru as well and you guessed it! only one person can give the test. Causing the back up of vehicles. So If you have your prescription sent here be prepared to standby to standby. The manager had no answers except that you have to wait.

Never had pharmacy issues like I’ve had at this place. They will say they’re refilling your prescription. It will never fill so I call and and find they haven’t even faxed the doctor for a refill. I’ve run out of meds multiple times because of the lack of communication from this pharmacy.

Picked this location based on when it estimated my order to be ready. Ordered a same day print, arrived to pick it up over an hour after it was supposed to be ready, and still not ready.. seemed they weren't even aware of the order. Don't order from this location if you're in a hurry despite what the given ready time is online.

The pharmacy personnel does not know how to look up insurance policy with Tricare Prime. They need help with training and professionalism. My suggestion would be to send thier personnel to Kingsville or Alice for training which we do not have any issues with them on looking up our insurance, medications or scheduling whatever shots we need to get. Yes it is on us going there again but we wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt

Canadian traveller needing a PCR Covid test to return home withing 72hrs of flight leaving USA. Tested at drive thru (worked well) at 71hrs and 55min prior to flight. Since testing was done on a Sunday, sample was not received at lab until 55hrs after sample was collected...results were not available until 75 hrs after collection - had to pay $250 per test for private test (HazTech) the night before we left so we could board flight - wasn't willing to risk missing a flight.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Half the time I come I always see at least one employee behind the pharmacy counter standing there and talking. Something has to be done. It's unfortunate this is the only Walgreens in this area. Do not come here if you desperately need your prescription.

I opted out of auto refill because of the multiple calls you get in regard to a prescription. Yet I still get calls saying it's time to refill. I am grown and monitor my own medications. Don't call me like I am a child. If these calls are not annoying enough now they are calling to set me up for the Save a trip prescriptions. These numerous calls make me want to move to another pharmacy.

Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. There's hardly ever staff in the pharmacy. The wait for a prescription is atrocious. I'm not talking about making one I'm talking about just trying to pick one up. Don't try and pick one up on your way to work. You WILL be late

Those people that complain about pharmacy have to deal with it because there are a lot of people who don't care about covid and we all have to be punished by them not practicing how to be covid safe :( why do people have to be babies without knowing anything
