Horrible service at the STAPLES location in Corpus Christi, Texas. They can never get an order correct. They are horrible at delivering an order. They hang on every time they transfer a call for help. The items they pick out are always expired and the worst produce ever. I don't recommend this store ever. H‑E‑B is so much better.

A young man by the name of Johnathan was in the electronics area and saved me. He noticed my dish soap was leaking on to the motorized cart I was riding and quickly stopped me to let me know. He also got wipes and cleaned everything up. I would of surely slipped and fell, I'm already disabled. He was so kind. Im so thankful!! Three cheers for Walmart, for having outstanding staff.

Edit your hours. The only reason I stopped here at 7:40 am was for a money order because it says the money center opens at 6 only to go in and find out it doesn’t open until 8.

As customer we are pretty much doing Walmart job for them we have to check our self out . Who wants to do all that shopping and than have to check out to after working all day . Imagine how difficult it is for elderly or handicapped Employee never know stuff or act like they don't cause they don't want to help. Never can answer question there always standing on phone texting or talking to there coworkers while your waiting cause they have to put in there code every time you by liquor and other item . Instead of getting something that we can scan our I'd our selves since they have us doing it all anyway we could scan or Swipe it or show it to camera our License so it verify our age and verify license is real instead having to wait for one person to help everyone. Sometime you barely move item and machine detect something than again you have wait for worker to verify the camera.There no carts half time usually in parking lots. Items are in wrong spot on shelf's. The fruit and vegetables and bread have mold on it so make sure to check it . My string was out date for two month was gross had call company get money back . The first time I ever came to this store a huge rat pass by the isle I was on I like to faint I am terrified of rodents .told a worker who acted like it was a normal thing I have also noticed the greeter only checks certain people receipt I notice they do it for elderly and other. I am white they don't check mine but will for others that aren't. Which i think this is very wrong .The employees by the check out are getting paid to stand there lean on stuff and play on phone Walmart are all getting bad. I went to another Walmart Down. The road Listen to this story ----so my husband was buying wine I didn't touch it and wasn't buying it even though I am of age to drink I am 46 lol this worker tells us he has to see both our license understand we look over 21i I was like I don't have mine it was hot I didn't want to have go jeep to get it plus he was one buying it and already scan all of them. THe worker tells us well he can't sell it to us because I was with my husband who was purchasing liquor . I had to literally go out to get it . So he tell us any time someone buy liquor and your standing by them or with the person you have show I'd. Even if liquor not yours I said other Walmart never done that before. Than I was like so if a dad or mom wants buy liquor and has there teen or kids with them you won't sell to them he said No . Walmart hope y'all don't start doing this crap and making shopping at Walmart more difficult.So when I went back to this Walmart here I asked them about it and you will never guess they had no clue some said yes it was rule some said no but we buy wine all time at this Walmart never experienced what happened at other Walmart point is Walmart employee don't even know the rules to there stores. They need To re train some of there employees they act like your bothering them you can tell by there face expressions. Oh I seen one the manager treat a young employees like terrible in front of a lot of customers down talking to her acting like he was important acting like she was less than him and actually she was doing it right it was his mess up Only reason I shop here is cause it closes one to where I live . I don't think they care at all about there customers there was vehicle with windows down Unexpected rain was coming I hurry got the information went to customer service gave them the information and ask them to please make a announcement for customer cause it was about to pour down raining . She look me straight in the face and said ok I will but they never did make announcement It rained really hard so bad we had wait to leave store . Walmart needs to do better it getting so bad

4109 S Staples St, Corpus Christi, TX 78411 Fri 8/5 the wrong order delivered. I never got my items placed another order for 9pm delivery did not receive until 930 am the next day Sun 8/7 my order was supposed to be delivered between 12 & 1 pm I'm still waiting and have had to cancel plans. I have had a problem with 5 of my last 7 orders and with 17 orders in the last 30 days from this store. Each of these orders has not only inconvenienced me, I have wasted hours of my time waiting and communicating with support. The incompetence and lack of regard this stores staff has for the customer is appalling.
