Heading to corpus one friday, bearing buddy flew off trailer, pulled into waypoint . Went to counter bought part ,they sent tech out,he installed and filled with grease, no charge. Back on my way.these people do not know me. If in the market for new boat they get first shot. I dont take time to write reviews but couldnt let it go.

Great customer service!!
I called all around the Houston area for a Power Pole and Lenco Trim Tabs and the NMEA connection from my Mercury to my Simrad. No one really seemed interested.
Then I remembered Waypoint Marine in Corpus Christi. I really didn’t want to drive four hours but I’m glad I did.
I spoke to Michael on the phone and he quoted me a great price. Once I got there, I was greeted with most professionalism and best customer service that I have experienced in a long time.
Today I drove down and picked up boat. Michael and the tech ( I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) walked me through everything and they even stayed late for an additional item I had requested.
Thanks for the great service and thanks for appreciating my business. You guys are the best.

Needed two (2) 10ft. Power Poles installed, some rewiring and upgrades to my electrical system.
Went in to ask questions. Greeted right away. Talk to a tech Josh who answered all questions and gave some advise. When I brought my center console in was greeted by Michael in Service. Rolled out the red carpet. Went over my list. Took pictures of boat. All first class. Was call to come down to meet the Tech Connor who would do the work. His knowledge amazed me gave some great suggestions on wiring, installation and cut off switches for safety. When boat was ready the tech went over everything with me very carefully and showed me all the improvements to wiring he made. Then Michael came and thanked me and asked if anything else I needed or questions. First Class operations. Best customer service I ever seen and been in many boat repair shops. Met Jim Poole through Mike Fernette at the Redfish Tournament. Asked about installation. He said they were the best give us a try. He was certainly correct. Barry Stokes also told me I needed to try Waypoint Marine. First Class is all I can say. Thank you ALL.

In the process of remodeling our boat, They are matching a deal we had in another city, saving us a 6 hour round trip.UPDATE 1/4/24: Went by and picked up all the new gauges, wiring, and controls for re-powering our boat. The counter/parts guy was great. Explained everything to me, took his time and did a great job. If you need answers or support, go there.

Waypoint Marine is your one stop shop! Phenomenal people to work with all the way around. Their maintenance department is best in class in the marine industry. Never had a single issue, but if I did I know they will always bend over backwards to get me back on the water. The boating world is growing at a rate never seen before, and Waypoint has been keeping up like no other. Finally and most importantly a core value that I feel has been lost in most businesses today that Waypoint still holds true to is customer service. I appreciate all of you at Waypoint Marine, keep changing the game!

As a customer of Waypoint Marine, I highly recommend them as your Marine dealer. Their employees are knowledgeable and very customer friendly. I recently had a new outboard motor installed on my boat, and I was very pleased with the outstanding job done by Paul Morales in the rigging department.
