Wendy is great employee she went above and beyond to take care of our needs. She is very informative and has great communication skills. She also explained othe promotions that the bank had to offer. She a great person and asset to Wells Fargo And I hope to use her knowledge in the future.

I had lost my card and reported it lost on a Sat., but the bank was close. Customer service told me I could use the card free ATM.and Monday I could get a replacement card. I had to work from 11 to 7 and when I went before they said I needed to make an appointment. I then had to go another day without a card. I used the card free ATM twice and both times the security made me feel uncomfortable. Real uncomfortable that I'm actually thinking about changing banks. I didn't appreciate that one bit.

The banker who is married to the police chief isn't a competent person. Here is my experience: The first thing the banker told me was that she was happy to see someone who has been with the bank for so long. I asked to get money cash for rent and I would pay it back when I got paid in a week since my check gets deposited there anyway. So she tried 3 different things, loans, cards, and overdrafts. She said I could overdraft the ATM, no you can't. She said I could take the loan money and put it back into the account to avoid interest, no you can't. She said I could take the entire credit card and put it in my checking account without needing the actual card in hand, no you can't. I asked for ONE method, so now I have 3 separate hard inquiries on my credit score (I have the soft credit score checker on my Wells Fargo app), and she mailed the only card I was approved for to the wrong address after I asked her if she changed it. Whoever recieves my card, please don't activate it. I am now facing eviction because I put my trust in someone I shouldn't have. Christmas and New Year's means that I didn't make enough money since the college is closed (work study). I'm a struggling college kid and even the bank is against me. I've since learned from this and am taking my business elsewhere. I believe her name is Karen Shannon?
