They suck !!! Making it hard on the elderly and handicapped. The barriers they have put up in place to prevent a mother from depositing money into a joint account with her college student is ridiculous!!! The lack of communication with the members should be looked at.

The tellers are rude. Everyone has a different policy or expectation of what is required. As a long-term customer, Wells Fargo will no longer be my primary bank. I refuse to engage their employees at this bank. I would rather cancel my bank account.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 2011 & I have never been profiled or discriminated against until yesterday, by the “manager” Victoria. From the moment I walked up to the counter she was just plain rude for no apparent reason. I was wanting to cash a check, which was in my husband’s name & he had already signed off on the back. I do this every Friday. Normally Janet is the banker who had been completing the transactions & she is absolutely amazing! But this is about her boss who is far from professional. Once I am at the counter, I let Victoria know I wanted to cash the check, & I picked up a pen & signed the back. Very rudely she started questioning me, which felt more like she was interrogating me for a crime of some sort. She asked if I even have a bank account with them? I said yes ma’am, she asked who is “my husband’s name”, I told her that my husband & we have a joint account here, I come to the bank every Friday & cash his checks or deposit them. She then started asking if I was the one who signed his name? I told her no I pick up checks in the morning and take them to my shop & my husband signs them & then after I’m done working I take them to the bank. She then told me she was not going to cash this check for me & I explained that I really needed all the funds to be available. She kept cutting me off when I would try to ask her a question. Her reason was because there was not enough funds in my account to cover the check, I told her last Friday I cashed an extremely larger check & did not have any funds in my account. She was refusing to work with me , so i ended up taking the check back and told her I don’t like how she was treating me, nor did I like how she was insinuating that I committed a crime of forgery. During my whole interaction with Victoria she was talking very loud & all the other customers heard her ridiculous accusations. As everyone was staring at me I walked out of the bank & I then proceeded to get in the drive through lane. The outside tellers were really busy as it was already 4:54pm. The teller who helped was was sweet & I had no issues with her. I told her I wanted to cash the check & I sent it to her with my debit card and ID. In LESS THAN 2 MINS THE CHEVK WAS CASHED AND I HAD THE CASH IN MY HAND!!! How is it that the manger of the bank couldn’t cash the check? That was when I knew that Victoria had profiled me from the moment I started walking up to the counter. I feel like she was discriminating against me because I am a young Caucasian female & I was not dressed up, and I had a check with a large amount. If she would have taken the time to go and look my account to see that I was not lying. My husband & I own our business, & the check I had was from one of our customers, whom we have been conducting business with for over 4 years & their checks never bounce! I will never go to this location again! Victoria needs to take some customer service advice from Janet who is always professional & goes above and beyond. Janet always makes my visits to the bank very pleasant, i enjoy our quick conversations and I leave the bank smiling & happy. That just was not the case yesterday. When I walked out I felt so embarrassed, and I was trying to figure out why Victoria was so malicious towards me. I truly feel she was treating me like a criminal. I am going to rethink my loyalty to Wells Fargo Bank, and I’m going to let all my family, friends, associates, customers & employees know that Wells Fargo treats their long time customers as fraudulent criminals & that we should all take our personal & business accounts to an actual professional bank & a bank that treats their customers with dignity and respect like they deserve!!! Victoria needs to be demoted from her position & go back to the bottom & climb back up, so she can humble herself & stop passing judgement on others.

Litera literally had the worst experience I've ever had going and on a Saturday which was today the clerk I had didn't even acknowledge me didn't even talk to me tell me what I needed to do to access my account which is very unprofessional when I deposited my check she's not tell me that it was going to be held to the next business day which is only going to be processed on that business day then the next 24 hrs. Do not go to this Branch they have very very bad attitudes

Tellers are always rude, drive thru lanes are not working on Saturdays and to top it off their ONLY atm hasn’t been working for the last 2 weeks. I’ve been their customer since 2008 and I can tell you WellsFargo has gone down as a banking institution. Find another institution to do your banking at.

When I have an issue I deal with the tellers and they are very friendly very professional get everything resolved and the management working with the tellers are excellent. Luckily they have a good sense of humor and understand what's going on with my issues. Just a pretty much a way cool experience for less than delightful problems with my credit card.

Uhmmm maybe it’s time to get a new ATM. It’s is EXTREMELY out of date. You cannot even see the screen and i hate spending too much time sitting at the machine and NOT paying attention to what’s going on around me. No bueno, splurge and get a new one. Your customers are worth it!
