This is the absolutely worst bank I've ever seen. I had 2 aweful experiences here. I dont see how they stay in business. Just look look at all the low reviews. They're true. I understand now why they get so may low reviews.. There's something systematically wrong from the top to the bottom here. There's plenty of fine banks that would be happy to earn your business. My suggestion is to stay far from this bank.

Joey Rojas at the Waldron road location in corpus Christi Texas.I had some fraudulent charges on my credit card and could not get any help from Google. Mr. Rojas helped me receive all of my money back and it only took an hour from the time I left his office, and it is in my account now. I was very impressed with his customer service he did not treat me like a customer but like a friend and I'm sure that's how he treats every customer. Thank you Joey

When I arrived the tellers had no idea what I was asking for. When they redirected me to sign in and wait for a banker 2 gentlemen were ahead of me. They must have been waiting a while because they both crossed there names off and left 1st gentlenen then the 2nd 5min later. I finally was seen and the lady was rude, short and not at all eager or willing to help me with opening an Acct. So I WILL NOT BE OPENING AN ACCT. WITH WELKS FARGO FLOUR BLUFF,TX
