Took my mower in for repairs and after almost 3 weeks didn't even get looked at..my $5000 mower was left outside and somehow got water in the oil..girl at service counter was nice and seamed embarrassed over the situation I would not take anything there for repairs or would I recommend western auto

June 21st, I had two RV keys copied by two ladies behind the counter, they were very professional and experts in customer service. Will definitely recommend to others and will become a regular customer.

Went in for an item their website stated they had in stock, they didn’t have it, no problem there, website stock and actually inventory vary. Problem is the rude lady at the counter. Waited till she finished with the customer in front of me and walked up to the counter and simply showed her a photo from their website and and if she could point me in the direction to where this item might be. Her response was a look of disgust and complete annoyance and a sarcastic “what”, then told me to ask another person. The other person was just as unpleasant as the first one. Customer service, or lack of it is what causes people to not shop local. I’d steer clear of this place.

After trying two other places I was able to get house keys replicated. Service was great, prices reasonable, and the keys actually worked when I got home.

Come in to order parts for my STIHL blower. I had taken the part off and brought it in some lady and man behind the counter. They said we don't know what this is and without a part number we can't help 6:35pm. I guess workers get lazy before closing
