“I was in there today with my Grandmother who has dementia. As soon as we came in we were greeted and offered a drink. All of the ladies were very nice and patient with my Grandmother who loves to talk but doesn't always make much sense. The clothes are beautiful and well made but some are a little pricier than others. The true 'magic' of the shop is the amazing customer service. Thank you to Elena and all of the other ladies.”

Although, it took some time out of day , she was kind enough to look the items up and I bought all my items because of her going out of her way to look them up .. I was so happy with my purchase, and while she was ringing me up she was engaging and told me about a shoe save that was going on as well.. Thank you .. Macy's Staff! Although , COVID is going on and has made things change , I was just really happy that one on one customer service still occurs at this store and it's why I will continue to shop here!!!
