I used to love coming here as a kid with my family and recently as well, but the staff can be inappropriate sometimes. This time was the deal breaker for me, and my family, as they are cancelling their memberships and I am not coming here anymore. I had plans to bring friends and come here regularly on my own as well, and get my own membership. A woman who manages the building, by the name Laura harassed me multiple times. Initially I had come a few minutes early to ask if the Indian restaurant in the building was open before the pool opened, and she informed me that it probably wouldn't be open for an hour depending on the day, so I decided to eat somewhere else, as I was on a time crunch. (She told me later on that me not eating there was apparently a problem. I am not obligated to eat there, or anywhere.)I came back after eating elsewhere to come swim for a bit, and she finally showed up to the front, so I could pay. She was rude every interaction, and even just walking by her she would make a face. I brushed it off because I was just there to swim. I went to change, and things went fine, I met some very nice lady there and was excited! But Laura came around again and I was trying to change in private, but she wouldn't stop trying to follow me and harassed me with questions about whether my bathing suit was an actual bathing suit, etc. ("What is that?" Which was really inappropriate of her) I ended up trying to laugh it off even though I was uncomfortable and wanted to change alone, which I ended up having to change in front of her because she was blocking me. It was really uncomfortable. I tried to make conversation, then went to swim. With this, she also later told me I was "trying to avoid her" as though I wanted to be followed around and have to change in front of her. I swam for a bit and enjoyed myself and a kind lifeguard made conversation with me, in the middle of which Laura interrupted to say, "She looks cold, let me show her to the locker room." I thought it was odd, but thought maybe she was trying to stop a conversation that maybe she felt I was stuck in somehow, but I had to go soon so I didn't think much of it. I got my things and she waited to tell me, "Why are you here?! What are you even doing here?!" She didn't like that I forgot a towel. I let her know I didn't understand why she was talking to me like that, and I told her I payed (her) to be there. She said I parked in a "weird" spot in the parking lot and I let her know it was the only first row parking spot that didn't have a handicap sticker (it was also closest to the building for me and I felt safest there). We went back and forth on what was going on and she was never even slightly apologetic. I was shaking. She said, "I'm supposed to manage the safety of the area." I told her she should be looking out for me as well, as I'm pregnant. Her best response to that was to snap, "Well you shouldn't be in the warming pool!" To which I told her I hadn't known, and that the lifeguard was letting me know, among our conversation she stopped. It was terrible.I was also one of the youngest there and it made zero sense that she was attacking me, especially the way she was. She also tried to accuse me in the beginning of this final conversation that I'd never been there before, even though I've been coming there for years. She'd only been here about 5. And she shouldn't be there. She should honestly be fired. I asked her name and I told her she should be ashamed for treating me that way. I'm never coming back and neither is my family. They haven't had good experience there either and hearing this happened was too much.I need to speak to a director soon after this.

Pickleball is played on an old wonky basketball court Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 noon to 1:30. The best thing about it is that it's indoors and there is a fantastic south India cafe with delicious food. The nets for pickleball are old, droopy and worn out because they are not disassembled but dragged across the floor after play. There are many court lines, so it is disconcerting at times. The cost for a monthly membership is $30 for seniors with full access to the pool, various classes and the workout facility. I didn't use those areas often but they looked clean. Since I didn't use the facilities that often other than for pickleball, I would rather pay to reserve court time by the hour. I think the facility would make more money that way and be able to fix up the courts properly.

Went there to play pickleball and the equipment and facilities are fair at best. The nets are the not the proper height and the floors are not marked well. Still a good form of exercise especially being able to use SilverSneakers. The exercise rooms however are equipped very well and are kept clean.

Went there for a work class/meeting daily for 2 weeks. It was nice, comfortable, and always clean. I let them know about their ladies room being out of TP in one of their stalls, and they were quick to fix the issue.

This place sucks! The Pool is never open, the staff up front is very rude & incompetent. They wouldn’t allow me to be a member because my debt card is a capital one master card & not Bank of America, WTH? The Pool, restrooms, changing rooms are extremely dirty & they pour straight bleach into the pool without testing the water. SMH Don’t even waste your time!

I have been a member for some time. The people are great. I understand that there is a pandemic and we must be protected but why are the hours so limited and the rates remain the same! Less hours should mean less rates! No wonder most go to the 9.95 gym but the website stated we are treated as a family but we are definitely not! Let me explain, I got there at 540 to do stretches before class but was told that I must remain outside and wait. I felt treated as a puppy stranded in the cold! Then at 0555 an older lady walks up and tells the man that she is cold and wants to wait inside and walks in. At 6 he let's the rest of us in, and I ask him why the other lady was treated differently. He stated,"This is all I have to say about that ... she looks 70." Whoa! I told him that I never felt discriminated against. You don't know how old I am by looking at me! The man walked away with no cares. I am canceling my membership and unfortunately the website lied!
