This DG should either fix their online order and pickup system, or do away with it altogether, as it was a total waste of my time and gas when I went to p/u my order at the designated time, only to be told they NEVER RECEIVED IT because their sysem was down. Repeated calls for two days to the store to ask when and if their system would be back up, were never even answered. I've shopped at quite a few DGs over the years, and have been satisfied with with their products and services, but I can say this DG is by far the WORST one I have ever been to.

Extremely rude and unhelpful manager. Came in for an energy drink and got treated very poorly by the white haired lady with no name tag. She acted annoyed that she had to ring me up and didn’t even bother to respond when I said “Thank you, have a good day!”

Dear DG,A law has passed to protect people during covid. Not only should you have a sign saying "everyone has to wear a mask," but everyone needs to wear a mask appropriately. Esspecially your employees. That means the mouth and nose needs to be covered. What's the point of wearing a mask if your employee's half lazily wear them with nose exposure? That's if your company is truly concerned for safety. I'd like to continue shopping at your store, but safety first is my personal approach. Thank you, i appreciate your listening.
