Ordered my set Friday 1/31/25 in person with KIM & was told they would deliver 2/1/25 after 4pm! Here it is 4:27 and not a delivery or phone call about the delivery. Where is my washer and dryer we paid 460 for it. If they don’t deliver today like they said they would when I ordered and called today 2/1/25 they need to refund my delivery fee I paid!

Unbelievably bad service. Called Alma’s for a dryer repair and was pleased they could come the next day. After arrival, tech notified office it was a gas dryer and a part must be ordered. Told it would take 3-5 days. I called back a week later and was told it was on back order (wash and repeat this cycle x3). Finally called and was told they don’t work on gas dryers. Wasted a month.

Got a washer from them and within 5 months it stopped working. We had to take it back for them fix. We got it back and it worked but now 6 more months later it doesn’t work again.

Spent 420...got a washer...next day went out...my electrical was blamed and took 2 days to fix by sending me a cheaper unit....now 2 weeks later i have spinning and draining issues again....will never go back except to drop this junk off in someones lap

I worked with Betty and she was fantastic. My Maytag washer and dryer set that I purchased is fantastic! It works like a brand new set. The guys that delivered were kind and professional and hooked everything up with no problems. I highly recommend
