“2022 is a time that lets Auto Dealers be as heavy handed, unresponsive, and deceptive as they chose to be. During a thee week effort to find a new commuter car, I dealt with 20+ Kia and Toyota Dealers. I ran into one honest Kia Dealer, who would sell me a base model Forte for $28K. Also, one honest Toyota dealer, who would sell me Corolla L, for $29K, when it came in. Both of those prices include a market adjustment over $5K. At least the told me, before I drove there. On my way to the metro, I passed Stewart, because they didn't have any new Corollas, when I was looking. On my way home, I stopped. The first person I met, was the General Manager. I told him the story. He thanked me for being there, and promised this would be different. He promptly paired me with Brandon, my Salesman. They didn't have the car I wanted. They promised to call, at Noon, when they had their allocation. When called, Brandon took a deposit over the phone, ensuring my car was reserved. My car came in. The deal we discussed, before there was a car, was honored. My trade appraisal was more than fair. No unwanted dealer add ons were forced upon me. I was in and out. From the moment I walked in, until I drove away in my new car, the Stewart Team did everything they said they would. In the future, if Toyota makes a vehicle that fits my needs, and Stewart has it, I'll buy it. Thank you very much!”

“I was in town for a horse show over the weekend when I ran into a check engine light problem on my 3500 deisel RAM truck. I took it to the service department as soon as the light came on Friday morning and Jessica took excellent care of me and my truck. It ended up being a problem I'd had worked on a few months earlier. Knowing I was from out of town and here with horses, they were able to order the part and get it installed on Saturday. Loved the text message updates as well as phone calls. Thanks for getting me back on the road.”

“Today I was driving from Dallas to Palestine. I made a stop in Corsicana, and when I got back in my car it wouldn’t start. I suspected the battery and called Auto Zone. Ellen took my call and dispatched Leo (in the rain no less) to give me a boost (jump my battery) so I could drive it the 2 miles to Auto Zone. I purchased a new battery and Leo installed it. Both of them literally saved the day. Thank you so much!!”

“Excellent service and people i had a nail in 1 of my truck tires took to Walmart 2 months ago they put a plug in the nail hole 2 months later my tire was flat I took it to Corsicana Express LUBE today and had it fixed the correct way I was told the plug Walmart put in was leaking wrong size plug the young man who fixed my tire took it apart and put in a hot patch KUDOS to the young man who fixed the problem THE RIGHT WAY GOD BLESS &A BIG THANK YOU I will be giving them my business as long as im living in this area”
