The room they put us in had obvious painted over mold issues. The front desk ladies were helpful but the ‘maintenance man’ who turned out to be the GM’s husband would do nothing other than give us an email to file a complaint with his wife. Avoid this hotel.

. I made an error and hotels.com was fixing it but it never happened. Casey waited with me 3 hours. She went above and beyond what she needed to do for me. She had a great attitude and was not put out about my problem. She was patient and very professional. We made great conversation as I waited.
Thank you so much for having a great employee who could have not cared about my problem but offered to help in anyway and made it nonstressful. Traveling is stressful in itself..,

The Clerk at check in looked sketchy. Definitely making the place look below average. Maybe provide uniforms and better presentation? Rooms have a strong flower smell, but only to mask the strong musty, feet odor. Disappointed. Bed was old and lumpy. Pillow cases looked really worn. Nothing compared to the way this place looked several years ago. It's definitely gone down in presentation and quality.
Rooms: Need to replace mattress and linen asap.

Check in was a breeze and Casey was amazing and efficient. The room was clean, the AC cold and the beds were super comfortable.

Front desk was super friendly and was efficient with check-in. They made sure our room's a/c was already on, so we walked into a cool room for our midnight check-in (instead of the usual hot and stuffy). Our first floor room was quiet and clean.

They charged me a deposit of $100 dollars for renting a room in the name of José Contreras and they have not returned it to me

Be be sure to have 50 dollars to leave as a deposit on card. Or 100 cash.As soon as we arrived in the room the the sheets were stained. Shower had black like mold.Also be aware they charged me 2 times for the deposit fee.
