Be be sure to have 50 dollars to leave as a deposit on card. Or 100 cash.As soon as we arrived in the room the the sheets were stained. Shower had black like mold.Also be aware they charged me 2 times for the deposit fee.

Cleanest bathroom, I have seen in a long time. Room was clean but carpet needed a good steam clean. Staff was wonderful- Casey is a stand out!!! Wish the breakfast was seasoned.

stayed at the best western in Corsicana, Tx. I just wanted to say that I meet a friendly woman, Ms. Shirley. she made greeted me every morning when I went down for breakfast. she made my stay more pleasant. Kuddos to Ms. Shirley/

We reserved two rooms and sent in a credit card for incidentals they called because one of our employees had supposedly smoked in the room. We were told they would charge us only one fee but to let our employees know not so smoke in the room again. Our employees smoked outside never smoked inside but they charged us twice without telling us. Didn't find out till we received our statement... they will not credit this or honor their word. I will never book with any Best Western again for Company reasons... very unsatisfied..

I stay at this hotel pretty regularly for work, the cleanliness is almost always been acceptable , and the staff who maintain the breakfast area have always been friendly.

We arrived a little early with a group booking and were told our rooms were ready but there would be an additional charge to let us have them before check in time. several members of our group were elderly and needed a rest room. Even though several different employees were seen using the public restrooms downstairs they were locked and our group was told they were out of service. We had to walk in 100 degree heat to a service station to find restrooms. Any questions were referred to the hotel manager who was not available. Just an average hotel with owners looking for a way to milk their customers for an extra dollar.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room had bad stains in carpet with gum. Pool had not been cleaned with metal bolts sticking out of deck near entry. Hotel seems to be in disrepair. swing lock on inside of room was not working. Not what I would expect from Best Western. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate.Rooms: Need better attention. Carpet stained in room and hallways. Hotel seems to be in disrepair.

We came up to visit our Daughter, Son in Law & Grandson, who were in town for a baseball tournament. Room was nice and clean. Plenty of room for 2 Queen beds. Had a bathtub. Lobby was clean. Sorry, I didn't get pictures. Every inch of the hotel was full of young boys from all over Texas for the All Stars Little League Baseball Tournament

They charged me for a cancellation and gave a partial reimbursement. This was May 28,2023. I would never use this hotel again. The edge of our beds were worn down, easy to slide out. The towels were thin and no air conditioning in hall. Elevations shabby with no inspection posted. Noisy and hot. I will travel the 200 miles to sit in lobby until this is resolved.Rooms: linens shabby , pool dirtyFood & drinks: breakfast was good

The bathroom has mildew all on the caulking and on the ceiling. The sheets have threads broken and pilling. The phone in my room does not work. There was nasty gross moldy food in the fridge. Called the front desk about the food. They told me to throw it away, no offer to take care of it. It was so bad I was gagging and trying not to throw up. The front desk required a cash deposit because my drivers license still says I am local, even though I moved out of state recently. They would not take a credit card for the deposit.I have a heath issue right now. ...and having a working room phone to be able to call 911 if necessary is vital. They refuse to look at it.Terrible service! The location and pool are awesome thoughRooms: Gross!
