Charging for paper statements is such a slap in the face. Should just be part of business no matter how high tech the world gets. Especially for a 40 year old account. Cut some big shot bonuses to take care of your customers.

I needed to withdraw some of "my money" to purchase a vehicle on Saturday. I drove to Corsicana as this showed to be the only branch open. The lobby was closed, and the drive through teller told me they can't allow me that much of "my money"! I lost the vehicle as others were interested. Thank you for convincing me to put my money elsewhere. This is horrible customer service.

I got business account and personal account with this bank, I don’t think so good bank because they don’t have pictures deposits on app and no ATM check deposit either that’s Mean not good convenien at all

Good works deserves good recommendation, I appreciate the effort of Mrs Cynthia Frank for helping me work from home despite being quarantined. As a working person, I need lobby services too. Bank lobby closed on Saturdays and was also closed on black Friday.Also, noticed charging me a $5 fee monthly for not using bill pay services.CLOSING ACCOUNT!!!

After issues with my other bank, Community National helped me resolve the issues and open up new accounts with ease. Their customer service is top notch and their staff is always super helpful. Way easier to deal with than the big nationwide banks!

The worst customer service as far as loan officers. We had got a small loan to build credit (with a previous loan officer) and paid it off as months later went back to continue building and we got treated like we were poor, we were bothering him when we came in the bank. "Aaron" constantly forwarded our calls to voicemail never not once returned our call to tell us yes or even no. No was fine but at least have the respect to let us know and not dodge our calls. That is the most disrespectful thing you can do in a place of business. I am withdrawing my account today and moving on with another bank because I don't appreciate being treated like I'm less then a human being.

Error on bank statement and it was just laughed off and said “we’re just human”....I don’t want a bank or a surgeon to tell me “oops, sorry I’m just human”!!!
