The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, my mother in law left her car in the parking lot because it broke down and went inside and talk to a worker there and asked if it was ok to leave her car there till the next day so she could buy the part and fix it. The worker said yes maam thats fine. We went back there today to put the part on and the worker called a towing company and now it’s 500$ to get out of the pound if I could rate negative stars I would . When I went inside to confront the worker she said if u want your car you’re gonna have to pay the fee there’s nothing we can do. These workers don’t care about anyone but themselves u could have told us we couldn’t keep it there and then we could have figured it out instead of lieing to us and calling a tow . I don’t recommend anybody go to this store .!!!!!!!!

I have several complaints about the new manager unprofessional behavior, she speaks when not spoken to, she's rude I have called corporate 7 days no response I will keep calling.
