Goin’ Postal is my go to spot! Whether it’s shipping, returns, stamps or even fun gifts, they have and do it all! The staff are some of the kindest in Corsicana and always extremely helpful and patient with me. We are fortunate to have such an awesome postal/shipping option in town!

I recently visited Goin Postal to drop off packages as I normally do on a monthly (sometime weekly) basis. I encountered an issue with the weight of a package, and instead of addressing the issue, the owner was extremely rude, making dismissive remarks and speaking to me in a completely unprofessional tone. This behavior made me feel very disrespected as a customer, and it created a very uncomfortable environment. I understand weight restrictions and would have been happy to take my package elsewhere for Fed Ex to pick up. A polite explanation or assistance would have been far more helpful than the attitude I received. I hope that the owner considers addressing customer service issues for a better experience for others. Today was my last time to do business with Goin Postal.

The ladies at goin postal Corsicana are nothing short of amazing. I can’t count the number of times I’ve come wandering in with a dozen oddly shaped, heavy, weirdly packaged parcels to ship all over the country or even to Belgium or Canada. They always take whatever random thing I ask for in stride (and usually with chuckle.) I can’t say how many times I’ve relied on them to get me out of a tight spot coordinating shipping some forgotten item overnight with my family or friends. They print and scan making life so much easier- I couldn’t imagine managing all that on the daily. Truly saints of the shipping world!
