I walked in (vs on-line) sat for 10 minutes waiting for a long overdue haircut. In walks a customer and she takes him in front of me! Felt very wrong, shame on y'all.

The online sign in removes you after an undisclosed amount of time. Leaving you subject to their terrible time management and staffing inefficiencies. Never going back.
