Ok went here to get my taxes done.. I usually use the free online version but switched jobs so wanted to make sure everything was fine… after I got with the nice lady she said everything was completed after that I get a phone call from the same lady saying I need to pay the additional 85 dollars fee.. which she “forgot” to take when I was there keep in mind I was there for like 15 minutes….. this unacceptable you can’t just say your all done then get called back to pay more money… I think I’ll just keep doing what I always done and done it myself

Went to h and r block in Corsicana TX and I’ve been using this company for 16 years. After my experience with them on Monday the 11th of April 2022 I’ll never go back to any h and r block. Very rude no customer service and acted like we were a nuisance as soon as we walked through the door. Took my business elsewhere. Will never return again
