Since this facility has changed owners it has really gone down hill. The doors at different times are left open due to broken locks, trash on floor , temperature is much warmer & you can't talk to anyone at the facility, only the call center.

Let’s admit it, moving just kind of sucks! It’s expensive, can be very stressful, and emotions run high. That’s why you see so many one star reviews whether it’s about a moving company, a storage facility or any other part of the process. So when someone comes along in the process and makes the whole situation a little easier, in tends to stand out. That was my experience with Monica at My Garage Self Storage!
From beginning to end, the entire experience was fast, easy, and affordable; what else can you ask for? Monica will go out of her way to be hospitable and will make every attempt to meet your needs. Thank y’all for a great experience, see you soon!
** I did receive an email from U-Haul saying I qualified for a free month of storage, but I’ve already paid for my first month so hopefully this works out! Either way, I’ve got no complaints.
