I love this jack in a box. It's closest to my home and very convenient for me with my children and grandbaby. We love the service and products!

Went through the drive thru this morning. Ordered the #22 sausage croissant meal. Received croissant with only a fried egg and cheese on it.. NO SAUSAGE!!! Not a happy lady and didn't have time to go back and run inside and get at least a little refund for the no meat!

Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger lg curly fry and two tacos.. got order wrong.. order was right on the screen but wrong in bag... I understand it was busy but expected to get order right.. Manager needs to retrain drive thru on how to get orders right.. never have problems like this from this jack in a box.

It's a decent jack in the box now. They've stepped it up since when they opened their new location. The box just has some issues in general.

I ordered the munchie box with a burger, curly fries and 2 tacos. I got a burger and 4 tacos. Since it was about 11 pm, the lobby was closed. I tried calling first but, of course, no answer. I pulled back around the drive thru where we were informed they would be closed for about 30 mins. (HUH?) Informed them that | was missing fries. She said (with an attitude) to pull up to the window. I asked them if they stopped putting mayo on the jumbo jack? "Yes, just mustard now." I asked her if she has packets of mayo. (attitude again) She looked around her body and then under the register, I was told no. So, needless to say, I AM NOT impressed with the service here.

Terrible - we waited over 45 minutes for drive-through order, only to receive cold burgers once we finally got it. We took everything back inside and asked for a refund. Manager was super apologetic, but wasn't even sure how to do a refund. He figured it out, but it was a big waste of time.
