Deenese, manager, is brilliant in her ability to understand your unit needs and will go above and beyond to meet them. Whether it's website issues or general questions or concerns, Ms Deenese is very responsive, stays in communications with you as she works through the process and is always prompt on updates if needed. I am new to her site but I don't think I could have picked a better storage unit provider to work with! Thank you Ms Deenese, you absolutely rock!

I bought a storage locker at an auction at the Corsicana Texas 75110 facility and Deenese was the person who helped me, she was very helpful and worked with me as all the way until i was done picking my stuff up thank you Deenese for all you help!!

I called and was able to get the information I needed so we had a storage unit available for our move this weekend. Ron was super helpful by not only explaining the paper work to me but also went out in the 100° heat and walked over to the unit to make sure the code worked properly and had me drive through and make sure the gate code worked also.
