Terrible place. Will never waste money here again. Giovana is extremely rude to guests. Housekeeping is also extremely intrusive.

My children were chewed up from bed bugs, the house keeper , who seemed to be a very young lady, barged in on me while I was sleeping and woke me up. I told her we were good on cleaning for the day and she pushed her way into the room anyway. She straight up violated my right to privacy. Glad I wasnt in my birthday suit at the time of her intrusion. People stand outside their hotel doors and freely smoke Marijuana for days on end. Screw me ig, I have a smoke allergy.

Me and my family were treated like trash by staff and housekeepers, they are THEIVES and barge in on you whenever they want with no warning and no regard for your refusal of cleaning service. as a guest me and my family were accused of staining up towels and leaving dog poop everywhere, and other property damage Giovana refused to mention, she also refused to let us speak to management to help clear the situation up/to better understand
exactly why we were being kicked out. Claims of Damage to the hotel is false. Me and my wife also made sure to clean the place before we left, going as far as to strip beds for housekeeping. belongings were bagged and kept from us. Gioviana threatened to call the cops if we didnt leave (without our things) she was extremely rude the whole month i payed to stay there while on buisness trips. I will be contacting the proper authorities about this hotel. I made sure to list down the housekeepers names who lied about us and stole some of our things And I made sure to take down the hotel front desk girls name as well, all people involved in this horrible treatment will be reported. My wife use to work for marriot before going to college, so she understands how to do such things and who to contact. We were evicted without notice. Even after we had already payed to reserve the room. They claim to have refunded us and the money is not in our account yet. Future guests, save yourself the potential trouble and DO NOT spend your money here. Something extremely shadey is going on .

This is NOT a two star hotel... The staff was super friendly. New, but friendly. The room, on the other hand was Motel 8 minus 2 stars. The bed was one step up from a jail cell, my wife took a cold shower because the controls were reversed, and there's a bigger television screen in my truck. The parking lot is terrible, as there's only one entrance and it isn't marked. Miss the turn, and you're back in a 2 mile loop around I-45. This is a $50/night bachelor stop that they're charging double for. Stay across the highway...

shower drain broke ,tv did not work,floors were a waxy dirty wet mess, front desk lady non responsive and acted like she could care less.loud car road noise.free coffee bad in lobby.

First time To Corsicana and have a job to do rented room here about 3 attempted to shower and realized there was no Hot water then found 2 bed bugs on my child, called front office spoke to her she said she was going to call manager and call me back never recieved a call when getting to our room noticed the maintenance guy was in there checking the water would have been nice to know someone would be going in went to front office talked to front desk when she said they checked for bed bugs didn’t see any I showed her the bed bug wrapped in the napkin when she sent to her manager and stated they could give me another room I was okay with that asked how long it would be she said the manager is working on it right now waited 2 hours to get an update and to be told they were working in boiler sonic they gave me another room we wouldn’t have hot water to shower I asked for a refund and she said the manager said she wasn’t going to give full refund since room was already used I’m waiting again almost an hour to see if I can get my refund

clean comfortable bed. clean room. fridge and microwave. sub par wifi and mediocre cable tv. for the price paid a coffee maker should be in the room. making a trip to the lobby for coffee is annoying. stayed here again and found the same place as before. shop around for a place that serves breakfast for a couple more dollars.

A few bugs, room stunk of Marijuana real strong . Parking is strangely low.
Desk clerks were very polite.
Towels need to be upgraded.

It is an OK motel 6. Plenty hot water, older clean rooms, kind of hard bed, friendly front desk. I give it 3 1/2 stars as a motel 6. Acceptable.

This place is a dump. I was over charged. I was locked out of the room I was over charged to stay in. The noise from the freeway was so loud. This is not good place to stay.
