Good club. Timer on the 30 minute express green/red system isn’t set correctly. This isn’t all that big of a deal by itself, but might indicate they aren’t paying attention to other things…

Had a good workout but I ended up loosing my wallet in the parking lot. Called them to please go look, they made a bunch of excuses as to why they won't. Terrible customer service. Also shower are in the same place as bathroom stalls and no convenience lockers. Dumbells only go up to 60 and location is cramped. Out of the 50+ locations I've been to, this is the worst.

The hour change has been so detrimental. They went from 11 to 10 m-t, 11-9on Fridays, to closing at 7pm on weekends. We have four kids, late night was the only time we can make it. When the hours first changed we were told it would be open 24/5 in January but apparently even that's not happening now. There's only enough room for 5 people to stretch and it's going to be over run with new resolution. Staff is friendly, but they have some serious turnover. There was no warning with the time changes either. The early hours happened a month after we signed up, I wouldn't have joined. Now I'm stuck paying for a year, for a gym we can only get to once or twice a week. I've lost 155lbs, but need to lose 60 more. If I was able to focus at home, I wouldn't have joined. We're just a bottom dollar, health doesn't come first. They also never had a trainer running the 30 minutes station as advertised. I've talked with staff and there's "nothing they can do". They don't have the staff because they pay the employees really low apparently.

They steal your money!! Went in months ago canceled subscription to them due to not being able to go. Was told by the lady in the front working that it was all taken care of and I was good didn't owe anything nothing. For the last tree months they have been charging my card for payment even though I haven't been in there since may ....the people are rude and Need more training on how to do the job if there not doing it correctly. And make sure you get copies of everything and I mean everything.

Just learned about the new hours and I'm so bummed but that's not gonna stop me from working out here! The crew is awesome! Jackson always greets with a smile. Joe gives us fist bumps for motivation! The ladies in the evening are also awesome but I haven't learned their names yet!

The air conditioner has only been half working all summer. When I ask them when they're going to fix it, they don't know, they tell me to complain to upper management which I've done many times.

Friendly staff, clean environment and plenty of equipment. I really enjoy the fact that I don’t have to wait on equipment just because someone is sitting on their phone. I just wish they had a sauna lol.

Need to step up on a few things. After yesterday viset I hope the few thing I told the two employees that would help us have a better and safer tanning experience. Putting phone numbers in the tanning rooms,would help or a help button. Would be great. employees know someone is in that room would help. If the owner of the Corsicana location wonts to call me I would love to have a little viset in private to suggest a few Improvements .y information is on my membership.

Ok, I am a member of your club, I called yesterday and inquired about cancelling my membership, and was told i have to come in but i do not live in the area, not even close, well over 3 hours away. I have visited both clubs in my immediate area but the are not up to brand standards esp on cleanliness so please tell me how i can cancel this being that I am not in your area. Thank you, Tim Coman

It's clean, orderly, professional people working there. I feel very comfortable going there by myself or with my partner.
