Had a little emergency with our Pom & her regular vet could not get her in. Rogers got her in immediately and the staff were all so sweet and helpful. After a full day of taking her meds, our girl was back to normal. Thank you so much everyone at Rogers Animal Hospital!! Highly recommend

Rogers large animal and animal hospital is THE best vet I've ever gone to! It's a huge place! And they're working with the local Humane Society to neuter & spade the cat populations surviving in local small towns! All I have to do is catch & get them there; pick them up, help them recover, and let 'em loose! They helped me with the local, large Tom, whose children, grandchildren, & greats have taken over everywhere! But instead of poisoning their water this past summer, as someone did, there's definitely a way to stop it, and as more come in, a sad case of one cat whose jaw was slit open, tortured, and dropped off, it has miraculously healed, there are ways to stop the populations growing if someone takes the time...So, thank you Roger's Vet! If they help the lowest of the low, you can bet they'll take the very best care of your beloved pets!

Wonderful staff of dedicated Vets and Techs. My 15 year old dog became ill on a Friday at 1pm I was trying to get to my Mother's funeral so I needed to run by and drop off my dog for exam. The staff was so understanding, They were waiting for me. I dropped off my pup, she was in great hands they treated her and did test and X-rays and by the time I came back it was almost closing time but, they took time to discuss disease process and treatment and how to give her the medications she was going home with.. Thanks again guys♥️Angie Dyer & Grace.

Medically, I feel they provide decent care, but unfortunately they don't really prioritize client concerns and maintenance needs. I called to request a refill of medications that we have filled through Walmart Pharmacy as the clinic doesn't carry them. I requested a call back to verify this had been done so I could pick them up. I gave a week to two week notice to have these medications filled. Not only did I never receive a call back, when I called a week later (now out of two of the medications) there was no record I ever even called. As a client this is extremely disappointing because now my dogs will have a lapse in their daily medications because "the girl that does prescriptions is out today."Charting is a vital part of any branch of medicine and as far as I know calling in refills isn't required to be one person per clinic. There are a lot of shortcomings on the client facing side that now has me questioning if my pets have been receiving good care here.No solutions were offered when I called to address this issue other than "call back later." A manager really needs to address this because leaving pets without medications after being given over a weeks notice is not good patient care and is very disappointing.I know this is a small issue that can be remedied, and I hope that this is taken seriously.

Rogers has been caring for my animals for many years. I have never had a bad experience at the clinic. Everyone is very friendly and they always make sure I understand what’s going on with my babies. I won’t go anywhere else for my pet care needs.

Love the staff and the doctors there. Everyone has been so kind and caring towards both our dogs. My Blue Heeler has had a lot of issues with people she doesn't know and she loves everyone there. They took of our GS/Lab mix. When our oldest puppy had to pass, they were very kind and careful with him and us. Recently, our blue heeler had to have surgery on her back legs and throughout the entire process, Dr. Arent was patient with me and my millions of questions. She even did a check up on my girl when I was worried about her leg movement. I will never go to any other Vet Clinic except this one.

I took ALL my cats here to be fixed. They worked with the humane society to help make this happen. They were so nice and helpful. I was hauling several cages in and out and they helped me with that 2 days in a row. I have 2 more mamas to take care of when they are done nursing, after that they will be brought there also. Rogers is not typically the vet I go to but I seriously think I will be switching over to them now.
