Switch Technology is the best! My bank had locked my account due to someone trying to get into my accounts. So I was told to call a computer service to scan my computer for malware. They did exactly that plus let my Norton product do a deep scan, even though Norton came back clean, Switch used a software than found three malware on my computer. Now I can get back into my bank account. Thank You Switch Technology for clearing my issue up so wonderfully. Thank you always

My laptop was working fine when suddenly it stopped, displayed a blue screen with error message and rebooted. After that, it wouldn't allow me to log in as myself and I lost assess to my important business files. I met with Jason from Switch to help with my problem. He ran diagnostics and started repairs that allowed a recovery of virtually everything I needed. He also recommended and implemented a process to backup critical files to prevent future problems. He was very prompt, professional and friendly throughout the process. I appreciate the ease Switch Technologies provided me in solving my problem. I will highly recommend them to my associates and friends.

They are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They have always got the job done, whether the issue was small & straightforward or large & complex.

Very quick response to phone call for assistance. Jason arrived on time. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. My problem was difficulty with access. Not only was that corrected, but he reviewed other areas for accuracy and outdated info. Absolutely will contact again for help.

Don't hesitate...just call them! Jason came out after a power supply problem with an older desktop had us at a stand still and worried we had lost all data. He was able to quickly transfer all data from the old drive to our new computer and had us up and running in no time! Switch Technologies is on speed dial now!
