There was a hailstorm and I had a leaking roof, leaking on antique furniture. I called Home Depot SW San Antonio Tx. They sent someone, put a tarp over it, measured it and were gone. Within a short time I had a new roof with a payment I could live with that included insurance. I have 4 water heaters, 4 toilets, 2.5 miles of PVC water line and a lot more from Home Depot. If you need it they have it. I think they are wonderful.

I went to return an item purchased by a contractor who was no good and left the job half done. I had the receipt and wanted to get in store credit. I explained this to the cashier. Then she put the money back on the crooks credit card. I explained that I paid upfront for the items. The manager was brought over and told me these were stolen goods. I had no ownership over the items that were purchased because they were purchased with his card. They called the cops on me. I'll never shop here again

I honestly don't even know where to begin with this store. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at the store remodeling our house and every time I visit there it is a disappointment. The other day I was loading mulch and rocks by myself as several of the male employees stood there chatting with the receptionist and watch me try to load these by myself in my cart. I have never once been asked if I need help with anything.

We have had the worst experience ever from a store. We were sold a glue down carpet which they said we did not need a mat for. Then we had the person from Home Depot to come and measure and check everything out. She did not mention that we would need all new base board. So the installers come out to put the carpet in and they see the problem right away! We spend3 hours talking with Home Depot the whole time the manager there is tell me he is have a rough day sorry but that is not our problem. Then we speak with another employee of Home Depot and he said come to the store and we have mat here in the store you can buy. So we make our 30 mile drive to the store. And they tell us no you can not put down this mat will void the warranty. We tell them that is fine we will sign something saying we understand about the warranty. Will guess what they told us No! So now we have to hire a carpenter for new base boards and a painter. And Home Depot said no problem we will help with all of that. Not true they are giving us 15% of the wood forget the carpenter we are are tuck with that bill. We will never walk back in that store again! Terrible!

Worst home depot ever. Since it's close to home we have no choice but to go to this one. Every time we vi it's a terrible experience and today was the last straw. We waited in the paint department over a half hour with no one helping us. I had to go to the customer service department to see if anyone worked in that department and the person who did said oh me and laughed. Its really disappointing how unprofessional and how no one cares at all. I will never go back ever. If you have a few hours to spend just standing around then this is the place to go to waste time.

I have been shopping at the Corsicana, Tx store since it was built. I have always been frustrated because I could never find someone who could help me. Either, there were not enough employees working or they were complete oblivious to where items were located. That is until two years when I ran across an employee named Virgil. I don't know what his last name is, but all I know is that I will not shop the store unless he is working. This gentleman is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. If he can't help me, he knows who to call. While the young people are at the front visiting with each other, and really don't show any interests in helping. The older employees at least try to help. However, I highly recommend that if you are going to Home Depot and need some help, ask if Virgil and see if he is working. He is the absolute best employee at this particular Home Depot. Bernie C.

The staff is rude. I stood there looking at the four of them while they talked about god knows what. I finally had enough of being ignored. When I interrupted there conversation I was met with a rude look and a point of the finger to the area I needed.
