I don't know why I've seen so many not so good reviews on this place. Getting here was easy. Checking in was easy. Getting on a door quick and very easy. The people here are great and very nice. Unload time was quick. And for the most part for the age of the facility the condition and cleanliness is good. No overnight parking. Which is fine. Just plan on stopping in route if you need to break. They open at 6am.

Good place to deliver quickly, my appointment was for 6:00 am and by 6:30 it was already empty on the way for my next load

Good place for my experience, all the staff that treated me were very professional, my appointment was 7:30am, I arrived at 6:45am and at 7:15am I was already unloaded, congratulations to all the workers.

Easy to locate, easy to get in and out however parking trailers was tight even though they yard is well organized. Not sure on their live loading/unloading processes.

Interstate 45 South from DFW, exit #231, hwy 31, turn east, (left) 2.4 miles on your right. If dropping after hours, try intercom, if no response call phone number on gate. If no answer, leave a message, guard will call you back when he returns from making his rounds.
