I moved in May to my new address in Corsicana. It wasn’t registered so I had to submit all my paperwork directly there since it didn’t mark it as valid online. Went in May and went again in June after no update. Still in August haven’t received anything all or even any update. Called customer service to get a case started .

Ronnie and Caroline are always super sweet and helpful. This location is always pretty busy so they try to get you in and out as fast as they can! Genuinely enjoy stopping by! Whenever I need to ship something that isn’t via a prepaid label they always give me their cheapest and most reliable rate!
The rural mail carriers sometimes make mistakes when they’re new to the route but it gets worked out after a while. It’s a small town so you can just tell them and they’ll fix it.

We paid 27 dollars after we moved to into our new place to get a lock for our mail box. Our mail has been returned several times because the post office has not changed the locks and the reason for return is full mailbox. Second we have packages that have been return because the carrier is lazy and did not deliver them to the residence given the size of the amazon package can not fit in the boxes. We literally have to set up our packages to be delivered on Sunday just to get our mail. The Sunday carrier will leave them at the door. We live in a mobile home community and it would be reasonable for them to leave medium sizes boxes at the steps. Given I had a tiny phone case box delivered and it was left on my steps.
The service here is very poor.

I visit this office very often, atleast once a week, every time I WALK IN, the store is always clean. Small town charm and hospitality, staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Small town, small staff, short hours, historic building.

If I could give zero I would. I have ordered many packages from Amazon and if it's too big to fit in our small mailbox they won't bother putting it in the usps boxes fir bigger packages. Just today I was notified that they didn't have access to the delivery location meanwhile 30 minutes later a truck goes down my road and delivers a package 2 houses down.

Very upset that your driver can't see the bright orange bucket I put on the secondary road to block it off and drove around it almost killing a huge nest of birds. Thanks for caring

All my neighbors and I are getting each other's personal mail like bank statements and I'm worried about SS and IRS notifications going to wrong boxes. Really is the snail mail getting that overwhelming?

Really bad customer service. The lady in the front was rude. I have gone to many usps they all have scanned n printed my mailing sticker. I don't know what the difference is with this usps in Corsicana.

The Corsicana office is the WORST USPO facility I’ve ever dealt with in 3 states. Our prime RARELY ever comes day expected and if it does, it’s delivered 7-9pm at nite. We can go for 2-3 days of not getting mail. The post office is unorganized and unable to staff properly to deliver mail on dates their “informed delivery” states. Almost nitely I go into uspo application & check Mail not received! As they continue to increase postal rates, their lack of wanting to provide services steadily declines. Obviously they don’t care!!!!!!

This is honestly the most inept office ever. I’ve had dozens of packages shipped to Corsicana, they get to the post office who returns them to Dallas or some other city. The leadership is the most ignorant, inept, uneducated, thick headed, lazy and obtuse you’ll EVER come across. You’re a special kind of stupid. Sorry, wear it, you own it! The USPS should close this location and allow the local cows control over the process…they have more common sense than the Corsicana Post Office leadership. Bunch of morons delivering the stuff too. Lot of broken and damaged items, often left in the wrong place, the whole organization is obtuse.
