I would definitely not come here again. I purchased a phone and when I came back a few minutes later because I was having issues with my new phones massaging they told me it was putting everything in place and it would fix itself. They wouldn't even look at my phone, so I had to go to ennis. I recommend anyone to go to ennis or for that matter just any store. They lied to me and said that my screen protector and case were included, but when I spoke to the manager he told me they weren't included and I would have to pay for them since they're already on my phone. The guys in ennis fixed my issue I was having and also processed my trade I was told couldn't be done.

My experience at the Corsicana Verizon store is always wonderful! Erika and Jasmine are superior to deal with and I felt valued as a customer and person. They have such great social skills, engage the customer in a most appropriate manner and they both are vastly knowledgeable about their craft. Best customer service ever. I will and do recommend this store and the staff to anyone needing any digital and electronic needs.

Pymt machine was down in the store. I called to pay my husband's and couldn't thru thr auto system and they wanted to charge me 10.00 to assist me making a pymt over the phone.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!
Metro PC/Wireless World 2500 w 7th Corsicana Texas. June 28th i went in and purchased wifi and cell phone service from Ruben.
At the time I paid for wifi and cell phone and activation.
Rubin told me.I needed to wait until July 27th a month and I would get a WIFi box!!!!!
July 28th still no wifi box. I went back up to the store to find out what was going on and Ruben told me they haven't had a wifi in over a month to even give to anyone. That I would have to go to another store. I did at least get him to call ahead 25 miles out of town to Ennis Texas.
I drove over to the store and waited and spent about an hour. And a 1/2 in the store talked to the manager. They had Wi-Fi, but they couldn't give me a Wi-Fi. I needed to go back to the original store that sold it to me..
I could wait a few days and come back and get on another plan.Drive all the way back over there.Another forty five mile round trip!
No I just wanted my wife.I paid for a month ago.
No help!
I went out to the car and called the main office.I'm thinking they can straighten this out and tell the manager to give me a wifi.
But no but basically the same thing
I would have to go back to the original store who sold me the Wifi....even though they do not have any wifi.
Today I have spent all morning on the phone with MP, now they want to send me a wifi!!!!!!
I wanted them to release the phone, I have gone with another dependable service!
Customer service is a joke!
I am going to sue this store for false advertisement.
I tried to talk to the legal department.You can't talk to the legal department.They only receive faxes per the supervisor who work for metro p c.
Not a good company.

This store is by far the best Verizon experience I have had. I went to a store in Dallas and they couldn’t help me. I wanted in and jasmine,Monica,yessenia greeted me, made me feel super welcomed. They solved my issue and made the experience fly by with the best conversation. These girls need a raise. Didn’t mind paying the set up fee cause it was so worth it!

The three ladies up there are amazing! Jasmine,Yessenia and Monica! Took care of my issue! Spent two and half hours in the store! Was getting frustrated but they made my experience way easy and welcoming! Got a free Verizon bag water bottle and cookies for being a customer! Yall go to Verizon!

So I've been with Verizon for over 15 years. And for the most part it's been ok, just don't try to call customer service because you may get someone with a 3rd grade education. Bought a flip phone from Verizon through my online account. Received it today and couldn't get it properly set up. I even spent 3 hours with Verizon. SO I WENT TO THE VERIZON STORE IN CORSICANA. Ms. Jasmine was extremely knowledgeable and could do 10 things at once, super impressive. I had an appointment down the road and asked if I could run to my appointment while she worked on my issue. LIFE SAVER. I wish I had 10 employees just like her. Again Ms Jasmine is very patient, knowledgeable, and well easy on the eyes. LOL
