Saving people some time here. (Just drive to HEB in Pearsall)
This pharmacy mainly serves locals, many of whom have limited internet access and rely on physically visiting the pharmacy to check on their medications.
The staff is friendly, but communication is lacking. We had no idea when a prescription was received or if there were refills available—we had to go in person to find out.
We also received expired medication at one point. When we returned it, the response was simply, "Oh, that’s weird. Did you get it here?" before they replaced it.
Reviews are rare here because most customers are locals who only visit to request refills. The pharmacy does not proactively contact customers about their prescriptions.

Never had a problem transferring my prescription from another pharmacy,the staff there makes it easy to do this. Thank u for your hard work.

Unbelievable! They gave my mother a medication that wasn’t hers today and causes (possibly fatal) irregular heartbeat! Thank God we always check her meds. We called the pharmacy and not even an apology or anything, they completely brushed it off like it’s no big deal! I’m sure they don’t give a frick about anyone’s parents but we as customers do, and for them to be so careless and nonchalant about it is extremely upsetting and very unprofessional, maybe they need to retire and let someone who CAN read attend to the customers instead of being so careless and making stupid mistakes (that shouldn’t be made) like this. Anyone taking the wrong medication can get very sick and possibly die, tell me I’m lying! And then what, they’re not going to care, because they have no customer service skills. I truly am so disappointed in the way they handled this. Check your parents meds before hand please.

Outstanding personalized service, friendly staff, very very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend more, everything you could ask for from a small town pharmacy.
