Had a very bad experience in customer service with a girl name Erika IN COTULLA TX. My truck was ready and they were waiting for a PO # SHE REFUSED TO CALL MY BOSS AND ASK FOR THE PO NUMBER SHE WANTED ME TO DO HER JOB! AND EVEN THOUGH MY COMPANY HAS A NATIONAL ACCOUNT WITH THEM SHE SAID THAT HER MANAGER WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO TAKE MY TRUCK OUT OF THE REPAIR SERVICE..I DIDNT LIKE THE WAY SHE WAS ACTING. I'VE BEEN TO TOO MANY OF RUSH CENTERS AND HAD NEVER HAD THAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE IN ANY OTHER RUSH TRUCK CENTER...

On my way to Laredo the radiator on my Peterbilt busted and started leaking coolant all over the place.. luckily I was not too far from the shop and was able to get it there.
They treated me like family the entire time I was there! I went on a good day because they had ordered Pizza for everyone and also had cake! They were able to get my truck up and running same day! Mechanics there are good people! Cyndy the store manager runs an awesome operation here! All in all would definitely recommend for service!

Outstanding! Truck was quickly in the shop, diagnosed, parts ordered, and fixed.
More importantly, I was treated as more than just a customer; I was treated like family.

I came in with a big problem. Danny and the team took time to look at my truck and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and in the process explained everything that was going on and saved me a lot of money!! Very knowledgeable and professional! Will definitely be back for my mechanical needs!

God, to be DISQUE...PROFESSIONAL, you have to arrive armed with patience, a lot of money, and with the desire not to expect any empathy from this place, it is horrible to have to arrive here.
