I also love the fact that she offers 2 classes. A boot camp and mixedfit. You can alternate between the 2 classes developing a Fit You! Thanks Kimmie!”
“What an awesome gym!!! I can’t say enough. I travel for work and drop in as a guest at different gyms all over the place. The people at this gym were polite, friendly, and absolute monsters on the mats. Professor taught a straight arm lock that was slick!!! Flo rolls to warm up, top notch technique, and then live rolling to finish it up. If I’m ever passing through Forney Tx again I will definitely go back. I highly recommend this gym.”

“I started going here about 3 weeks ago, and the people are lovely, encouraging, and friendly. I have asked just shy of one million questions and the answer each one with grace and knowledge. They also offer yoga once a week, and that has been great too. Overall, great place, people and the WODs kick my butt...what more can I ask for!”
“This gym is neat in terms of appearance. Equipments and helpful in my workout routines. The staff members are swift to resolve any issues that may arise. I can go anytime I want and feel safe while working out. The sling a break from gym but plan on going back very soon.”

“Met a young man Mr. Cameron. He always greats everyone that walks in, walks around and picks up the place and as he is walking says hello to everyone around even throwing a thumbs up. He is the friendliest person I have met at that gym. When leaving always says have a great day with a smile. This Is the type of person every business needs. He shows great leadership skills and leads by example. Do not let that talent go to waste before someone else takes him. He would be a great manager one day.Now as to the gym itself its clean. The only thing that bothers me is that there is certain machines that have been out of order for some time and paper towels seem to run out often . Every one pays a annual fee that should cover this maintenance issue in a timely manner.”
