I am so fed up with this location. You cant get a hold of anyone, they hide behind the 800 number. They constantly mark packages as delivered but they aren't actually in the parcel lockers for days, sometimes weeks later. They are so disorganized and apathetic it's ridiculous.

They never answer and send packages back, important ones even though they’ve delivered whether it’s 75126 or 75114 , get it together

I am curious how the rest of the residents seem to know that the zip codes are a complete mess but the staff here seem to not take it into consideration. Had a important part get shipped back, delaying business. Frustrated and let down is putting it lightly. The address was verified via the website's USPS address verification system. No redelivery slip, just returned to sender. Support is completely useless. I dont recommend sending anything USPS.

This post office is horrible. 2nd day in a row I’ve received a notice from the route driver telling me I have to drive to the post office to pick up a package. Apparently they can’t get out of their vehicle to actually deliver things any more? Our tax dollars at work!

When the cluster box parcel lockers are full, it's USPS policy to deliver to your door. They do this half the time and the other half will randomly refuse to deliver your package and leave a redelivery slip with no info as to why. OR they'll scan it as delivered and it doesn't actually show up in your box until 2 weeks later. When I try to call to figure out what is going on, they never answer their phone at this location either. I've mailed a bunch of cards from this location's blue mail receptacle and for the 30 I mailed, only 18 were actually received by the addressed recipients. When you open claims on missing mail, they mark it as resolved without ever contacting you. There are so many issues here but this is just a few. The employees at this location clearly do not take any pride in doing a good job. They make this city a worse place to live.

This post office does not perform services that USPS is supposed to provide. The mail carriers consistently deliver mail that belongs to my neighbors in my box, and get angry and leave passive aggressive notes written ON MY MAIL when that mail is refused. They withhold packages from the parcel locker instead of delivering it to your door, which is policy. It is not our fault USPS installed communal mailboxes! Laziest people I've ever seen who don't even know how to do their job. I've recorded all of their abuse and harassment and submitted a formal complaint to the USPS Consumer and Industry Contact Office in Coppell and I advise anyone else having issues to do the same.

If I could give zero stars I would. Non -existent customer service. Employees are clearly unhappy to be there.

They are thief’s .The manager and the employees are engaged in stealing packages and asking us to call the companies to take care of the dispute. You package is lost?? They probably took it home.

USPS has been around a long time. To say we don't need them would be out of place. I have used the usps for many years with good and bad experiences. If you have patience and determination, you can get through anything that would lead you through the process of using the usps. Everyone location has pros and cons. I would recommend slowing down and taking a slow pace to make sure you have the patience needed. Stay calm.

I’ve only had to stop by a handful of times to sign for packages, but it’s been an efficient experience thus far. The lady who’s there on weekday afternoons has a good, no-frills attitude - which can’t be said for 99% of postal workers I’ve come across in the last few decades. The main gripe is their very limited hours. I have to speed over there from Deep Ellum on a work day just to make it in! A few hours on Saturday mornings would drastically improve this location.
