“I HAVE to shout out Janelle Harper at the Dollar Tree in Kyle (next to Target) because that was not a normal Dollar Tree experience ?
The second we walked in, the vibes were already there—she had music playing and let me just say… her playlist?? 10/10. I was literally dancing in the aisles trying to shop like I had some sense.
But what really stood out was her. Janelle was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She made the whole store feel alive and actually enjoyable to be in. It’s rare you go somewhere quick like Dollar Tree and leave in a better mood than you walked in, but that’s exactly what she did.
You can tell she cares about people, not just ringing them up and moving on. That kind of energy is hard to find and definitely deserves recognition.
Management, if you see this—she’s a gem. Give that woman a raise ?”
“I think the manager and the cashier's are very helpful, they all go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for, plus get things off shelves for you with no hesitation, and even help the one's in need carry out there shopping to their vehicles ???????????”

“A very nice place to go shopping for cheap, but really good things that you can't find in other more high priced stores. What stood out most about this particular store is the worker(Missy) may have been the manager, anyhow she allowed my wife to bring back her lawn lights that were defective and exchanged them without a receipt. No questions asked just gave her an exchange. Very nice about the whole thing. Also the store was very clean and the staff were all helpful. Plan on returning to that store.”
“I would like to say how much I love Dollar General stores for my quick convenient needs, but unfortunately I go in with a certain lowered expectation of quality service. Today changed my perspective.I was shopping around and started looking for the greeting cards section. Almost immediately someone asked if I needed help and then went and grabbed a basket for me to put my 6 items I barely held with my hands. She guided me to the card isle and told me to have a great day. This experience is what customer service was all about. I pass several dollar stores on my way home, but this one will now be my only one.The persons name was Tabatha and she works at the 3100 Windy Hill Road in Buda, TX (78610) location. I made sure to go back in the store and ask for her name. So many people tend to report only the negative experiences and forget to share the wonderful ones.Please do anything you can to tell her what a great asset she is to the store. “I want to give a shout out to Stephanie the cashier who took the time to explain to a customer that was really not understanding the coupon she was trying to use. The customer felt she was entitled for her discount. With a line long as Walmarts parking lot she continues. Mrs Stephanie handled her with ease as the customer continued to ask for her name and corporate information... My suggestions to the lady who was being dumb,STOP IT... WE ALL HAVE PROBLEMS...”
“These are the people from your neighborhood. I avoid Walmart and HEB at all costs to pick up what I can at DG. Inevitably I have to stock up at a box store, but DG has all the little things you need to avoid that nightmare as much as possible. Always reasonable prices and friendly staff!”
“I primarily shop at HEB, and Walmart currently for alot of my grocery shopping, but when i just need a few small things i dip in here to check out what they have cause i know the lines won't take as long, and sometimes i get the large angel soft toilet paper from here cause it is cheap, or convenient. They have a lot of healtg, and beauty items that are often enticimg as well.”

“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at my local Dollar General, and I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Mandy. She was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding exactly what I needed.

“Nice store usually has everything I'm looking for just the only complaint is that it has bad outside lighting they have light fixtures but only two are working it gets very dark at night maybe replace the burnt lights to improve outside lighting of your parking lot for safety reasons.”
“Dollar General ,on Riverside ,just past Montopolis . I go there a lot . I usually find what Im looking for. Most of the staff , are kind and friendly . However , I don't know if they still have that black female manager , she always acted like she was mad at the world. Just bad mood. Sometime ,you are going to enounter a very long line ,just trying to check out. They don't seem to care., if its ,5,6,7 people trying to check out. It appears they could use a new manager. Parking is ok , wheel chair accessible and all. Its just need upgrade with management.”

“I've had issues with this Dollar General in the past so I usually try to avoid it. But today I went in and was helped by Julien who was absolutely awesome. Guy had a great attitude and went above and beyond for me as well as other people in the store. He went to find something some other customers couldn't find totally on his own.
