“Love it. I use dollar tree for all my marketing projects and events. I shop at various locations. I will however advise they pay better than currently paying. Associates never happy always have an attitude as if how dare I go through their line. That's an indicator of unhappy staff. I do my best to compliment and praise but they could care less. Customer service is almost non-existent. Merchants need to do better at training and showing appreciation for hard work.”

“I HAVE to shout out Janelle Harper at the Dollar Tree in Kyle (next to Target) because that was not a normal Dollar Tree experience ?
The second we walked in, the vibes were already there—she had music playing and let me just say… her playlist?? 10/10. I was literally dancing in the aisles trying to shop like I had some sense.
But what really stood out was her. Janelle was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She made the whole store feel alive and actually enjoyable to be in. It’s rare you go somewhere quick like Dollar Tree and leave in a better mood than you walked in, but that’s exactly what she did.
You can tell she cares about people, not just ringing them up and moving on. That kind of energy is hard to find and definitely deserves recognition.
Management, if you see this—she’s a gem. Give that woman a raise ?”

“There was a wonderful employee but the name of Lisa at the Dollar Tree on FM 150 in Kyle, Tx. We were coming from New Braunfels and looking for a certain product. We had called several other Dollar Trees coming this way only to be brushed off, put on hold for over 15 minutes and simply made to feel as though we were bother. It was a completely difference experience with her. She was friendly on the phone and in person. She went above and beyond in the way she serves her customers. Thank you Lisa, you were a blessing today!”
“I would like to say how much I love Dollar General stores for my quick convenient needs, but unfortunately I go in with a certain lowered expectation of quality service. Today changed my perspective.I was shopping around and started looking for the greeting cards section. Almost immediately someone asked if I needed help and then went and grabbed a basket for me to put my 6 items I barely held with my hands. She guided me to the card isle and told me to have a great day. This experience is what customer service was all about. I pass several dollar stores on my way home, but this one will now be my only one.The persons name was Tabatha and she works at the 3100 Windy Hill Road in Buda, TX (78610) location. I made sure to go back in the store and ask for her name. So many people tend to report only the negative experiences and forget to share the wonderful ones.Please do anything you can to tell her what a great asset she is to the store. “I've been in many Dollar Generals, this one over in Cherry Creek Plaza/Marta Mgr., I was impressed. The cleanest and most organized store. Everything and every row were straight and product all in perfect rows. The isles were wider than most and the gentleman up front manning the register was kind and polite! Great job Marta and great employees for having the store so presentable.”

“I want to give a shout out to Stephanie the cashier who took the time to explain to a customer that was really not understanding the coupon she was trying to use. The customer felt she was entitled for her discount. With a line long as Walmarts parking lot she continues. Mrs Stephanie handled her with ease as the customer continued to ask for her name and corporate information... My suggestions to the lady who was being dumb,STOP IT... WE ALL HAVE PROBLEMS...”
“These are the people from your neighborhood. I avoid Walmart and HEB at all costs to pick up what I can at DG. Inevitably I have to stock up at a box store, but DG has all the little things you need to avoid that nightmare as much as possible. Always reasonable prices and friendly staff!”

“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at my local Dollar General, and I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Mandy. She was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding exactly what I needed.
Not only did she go above and beyond to help me locate my items, but she also checked me out at the register. Throughout my entire visit, Mandy was incredibly friendly and had the most refreshing smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made my day.

I regular visit the Dollar General store managed by Selma ( I believe that is her name - anyway I call Ms Manager (7 years strong ?? with DG) . I wanted to write this review to show some appreciation.
