“I went to the Randall's on Benwhite in Austin, Texas. I noticed that they had new people working. I must say I was blown away by their customer service. They were all so very. sweet, helpful, compassionate, and friendly. They want to help you, really they do, unlike how it was before. Even if the register rung up the wrong price and you have to go back to get your money back, I didn't mind! I got to chat with their super sweet employees!! My mama use to tell me to always be sweet because if you make a mistake then they will forgive you. She was right. I didn't mind driving back to get my money back. I ended up buying a few items. In the past, I stilled shopped at Randall's to get the sales, inspite of how I was treated. A few years back, I use to have a little anxiety about how I was going to be treated before I would go in there. I'm so happy to say that it's very pleasant to shop at my Randall's. Don, is doing a great job! The lady in customer service is very sweet, and understanding. She showed a lot of empathy and care. She rocked!! The cashier's are so very sweet.”

“i get all my meds here bc i work close by. the pharmacy staff is great. i know with the hospital and all the clinics around, they get slammed. so wait times can be long. especially the drive through. but any time i've gone in, they've always been helpful and nice. i know it's a tough job and ppl aren't always kind, they are fantastic”

“Not saying I forgot my girlfriends birthday but I did wait till the last minute. When I wanted to get a cake with her name on it HEB said they needed 24 hour notice but Julie in the bakery here at Randall's was able to help me out right away. I am very pleased and it looks like I got this cake ordered in advance to my girl, plus the writing on the cake looked great.”
