“First time dealing with them and I will be back. Picked up a sheet of expanded metal and guy brought it out and set it on my truck. I started having issues, my strap would fall off, opposite side of ratchet, just about the time I would get ready to ratchet. Same guy came back out and helpe get it strapped down when I was trying to rebook the other side. Sales help was great too. Were able to answer a couple of questions and were just overall friendly.”
