The staff at One Moore Try was HANDS DOWN the BEST U-Haul staff that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Long story short, my wife and I had just purchased a new truck in Granbury, TX and we were in desperate need of a tow dolly so we could tow our Kia Soul to our home in Rio Rancho, NM. This was because my wife and son had an appointment that very next day, and needed rest beforehand. I called One Moore Try and Mr. Moore answered the phone. Keep in mind that this is around 8:30p and his office closed at 4p. I explained my situation and pleaded for help. He contacted his daughter who met us on location at 10:30pm! I say again, they met me to help me get a dolly, 6 1/2 hours AFTER they had closed! Even though they had suffered a lightning strike which destroyed most of their electronics, they STILL made it happen and was able to process the rental, accept payment, and give me exactly what I needed. Because of these two, our trip went incredibly smoothly and we got back home in record time! If you need a U-Haul, visit these two wonderful people FIRST! In my opinion, they are the best U-Haul franchisees in the country!!”

“The manager that was at this location was knowledgeable. She was also extremely welcoming even open the doors 10 minutes early for us. Help us hook up and fix one of our lights at no charge. Being a past U-Haul store in California at my Harley store. Wish that my employees were as nice and warm to the customers as she was to us. Her new assistant was learning. And also did a fine job. If you do reach out to this location, tell them thank you. I also had an issue with my drivers license. My California license had expired and I had a California extension. And there was a problem renting to me, but my friend was there and she was willing to take his license and change the reservation over to him. That helped us immensely , the next line is U-Haul should accept extensions without a picture. As long as the hardcopy matches the paper. That would’ve been devastating. We’ve been unable to pick it up as we had flown from California. Take this trailer to pick up Harley from the auction prepare for transport .”

“Uhual personnel are friendly not to knowledgeable on the vehicle's but then their primary business is a storage facility, so one can't complain they're local in Benbroom been here for years never had any real issues except for the last rental I rented a tow dolly the tail lights didn't work but that's pretty much on the renters not reporting the issue when they returned it. If you need a uhual in Benbrook then thus would be the place.Marvin Stutts”
