Even though I'm closer to the Palestine location.I have to always go to the Crockett location for help.Palestine location never helps me this location always.They try to find me the best deals. I love the service they give me. Keep up the good work

Great store, friendly staff. I enrolled in auto pay. Just paid off my washer and dryer today. I love the set, had no problems with them. Will buy again.

Went to this Aarons mid May and it was horrible. The Manager I think his name was Edd or Eric, was overwhelmed, stressed out, never said anything to me past a quick introduction, even after I walked around the store a few times he never came to help me. I left with no intent of coming back. My old computer finally gave out, I looked elsewhere but decided to give Aaron’s one more try, last week. I do not regret it at all! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Barbara, she asked my name and what brought me in. I told her why I came in, plus with my age I didn’t know where to start. She politely informed me even as the sales manager she’s learning computers better herself, Would it be okay if she grabbed the general manager because they knew more. I was pleased with the honesty, I also wanted to see if it was the same guy as before. I was introduced to Kay. She was helpful, asked a lot of questions to assess my needs and even helped me with the application process. I mentioned my past experience at this store, I had to ask what changed because this wasn’t the same store I visited before, what could have changed in that time frame? Kay just said she’s actually the account manager, has been acting GM since she started, was the only one working until 2 weeks ago, and she didn’t know the previous staff or issues, that she got her staff hired, but not once did she talk down on the situation or say anything negative. She was proud of her staff to start establishing relationships with current, rebuild relationships with former, while starting positive relationships with new customers. I have put a lot of thought into what I was going to put in this review because my experiences were so different I wanted to make sure everyone that went around when I did originally knows to give them another chance! Management has completely turned around and so has the other staff! Thank you so much ladies for everything!
