I recently had an outstanding experience with Chasity at the AT&T store, which I feel compelled to share. Working for ThermoSpas, I was assisting a customer who was struggling to locate the agreement for his order. I recommended visiting the AT&T store for assistance, and that's where Chasity stepped in. She not only found the order in the customer's text messages but also helped him sign and complete it. Chasity went above and beyond by offering to print out a hard copy of the agreement for the customer. Her dedication and exceptional service throughout our interaction today were truly commendable. I'm grateful for her support in resolving the customer's issue.

We had just switched from Verizon to AT&T because there is no cell service in west Texas at my husband's deer lease. We had been with Verizon for 18 years. That is the only reason we switched beause he needed a phone out there.So far he doesn't like his new flip phone. Too complicated for an 80 year old man.We went to store for a list of questions about how to use his new phone and problems with voicemail on both phones. Finally got his working. We spent hours in store and on phone with tech support about my voicemail. The agent at the store was very nice and she did what she could.So I called tech support from there. Went all the way to Advanced Support supervisor. (My voicemail worked fine when I had Verizon.) Problem is still not resolved!

I was in the at+t store this morning, 17 September 2022 at 10 am. The store opened at 10 am and I was 5th in line. I figured this is great! I have better things to do than sit waiting all morning to fix my phone. Maybe I'll come back next week. Next thing I know there's only one person in front of me.. now it's my turn, just like that...ya No S___! She understood my concerns and shows me what she is doing. She deleted some apps that I added to the phone, they slowed the phone to Turtle Speed. But I don't know too much about this technical world.But Meagan, the CSA at your store is the BEST! She took care of me and everyone else before on this day. Hats off to Meagan, and to at+t for employing her.

I was completely awestruck by the pricing provided along with the ability to manage by provided information. The service rep. Was completely helpful as guide & was funny in addition to the store being completely stocked with phone gear. Excellent friendliness acquired at the Crockett AT&T.

Ever single time I go to this store on Sunday for help their not open ! Five times I've tried on Sunday , they're suppose to be open , but never are ! Gas costs to much now a days to do a forty mile round trip to your location , where your supposed to be open , but never are ! Someone needs to look into this !!

This store has drastically declined in its service. I went in there to pay my bill, and they didn't have enough to give my exact change. So, they gave me a $20, to go get them change from the next store, inorder for them to be able to give me my change. Which is unacceptable. They need to and make sure they have enough when first opening up,and learn to give change accordingly. You don't ask your customer to go get them change, so that they can give you back your proper change. That's not how business is done.

I had purchased an AT&T flip phone from WalMart for my elderly Dad. I thought set up would be easy, but I could not get contacts to download, so I took it back but no one at WalMart had a clue. Figures...So I spotted the AT&T store and was helped by a really professional and nice young man on a Sunday afternoon. He tried several different things but could not get the phone from WalMart to work, so I just bought a flip phone from him. He made the experience enjoyable and helped me get my Dad set up. Thank you AT&T employee. Sorry I can't remember your name.

Ordered phone at 9:40 AM. Called several times with no answer. Drove to store to see a handwritten sign on door dated 2/5/21 stating they were closed. Today is 2/6/21. Completely closed. Not happy. As a retailer, you should have someone managing the store. This is beyond ridiculous. Very disappointed in this AT&T store.

Oh wow did I have an ordeal with bestbuy but here at Crockett ATT and especially thanks to Service and Sales Technician Pat my issue got resolved and fixed patiently and kindly I am so thankful

Ask for George. Great experience. The only reason not 5 stars is because it takes too long. Not employees fault.
