“So my wife was 3 hours from home when we had almost tragedy happen to our new car. We were getting misreading's from our dipstick on our 2019 Pathfinder. Dipstick showed the oil to be full but this was quite the contrary. Thinking the low oil sensor was faulty or such we were close by Napa in Crocket. We decided to leave the car at this shop while closed for the weekend. Monday morning the crew diagnosed the problem & started with the easiest & simplest possible problem first. I was convinced this was not the issue but the mechanics at Napa proved me wrong, thank God we were in GREAT hands! Corey & Ben not only figured out the problem but were so helpful to our needs & kept us from destroying the motor on our new car & got us fixed up for the minimum amount possible. For a minimal service charge & a hotel stay, they saved this car from a seized up motor. These guys are a GOD sent! I thank the Lord that we were rescued from disaster by these two young men. I can't say enough about what a great business this is. I wish I could give this crew a 10⭐ review! I've been in business for over 35+ years & I can tell you that you could only find this type of business in a small town. I'm from Houston & here, guys like Corey & Ben are few & far in between. If you're reading this review & thinking about where to take your vehicle for repair or service any where around this area, think no further. It's Napa Auto Parts & Service in Crocket, Texas!
