Wow, omg. This location is so far. HORRIBLE!. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL. Had a thug mentality. I don't know if she owns the place or manages it, but it's the worst customer service. Place could be picked up. Wasn't a horror show but not the cleanest. Gear looked okay. It was just HER. LIKE IT WAS A BURDEN TO GO IN. Sorry, I needed help. I'll never go back, and I'll warn everyone. Ig there is a next time I hope it is better.

This is hands down the best cricket store I’ve ever been to. There was a lady named Percilla & the store manager Cindy that was there for my visit. I went in having multiple issues with my phone these ladies are extremely knowledgeable about my phone & services that I didn’t even know I had on my account. If ever you’re in Crockett and need help or for a good phone service I highly recommend these two ladies, as they definitely get the job done and they are very sweet & funny. ?

I just left this store and the employees were awesome. Especially the manager (maybe she was he owner)... but she was super nice and friendly. She conversated with me and made me feel like we had been friends forever. She was also super helpful. This is a great location for the customer service alone.

On More than one occasion this branch store has not offered the same things as Huntsville or Bryan locations. Including but not limited to lower plan pricing, bundle pricing, phone upgrades and ACP Lifeline internet program service participation. Also other Cricket staff give great and helpful suggestions to solving issues that arise but the only thing the staff in Crockett are trained to say is "No" as if they are being bothered by customer question. Very displeased with how Crockett runs their location.OMG, even the "owner" response is totally robotic and generically helpful. Unbelievable! I highly recommend cricket customers make the drive to Huntsville or another neighboring city and avoid the pathetic cricket store. Horrible, horrible! Yikes!

Wish I could rate negative number. Scammers. Customer Service was terrible and then they lie to you in person and on the phone. I would highly recommend any other provider besides them! Background check your employees!!!!!!

Customer service was terrible. Was trying to pay for someone's account was told I could not pay on their account. Either the payment methods are ridiculous at this location or the employees are ignorant. Funny how I have payed on other people's account at other locations and never had this issue. The employee that was trying to help me had a question and she had to wait almost five minutes for the other girl to get off her personal phone call while sitting right beside her smh.#FIND BETTER EMPLOYEES OR TRAIN THEM BETTER...
