“When I moved to small Town East Texas, Crockett, I was just starting to regain my strength. As a chiropractor and newcomer to the area, I didn't have many friends yet. But during my year here, I had the pleasure of becoming friends with Eugene Lockhart, a former Dallas Cowboy. Working alongside him and others, I found a desire to do more than just get stronger — I wanted to be more connected. I shared stories about treating the Astros and the Rockets at the family practice now.
This gym is more like family. A vast amount of my patients work out here as well, so I get to practice what I practice.”

“best time for me to go to the gym is at night like around 7 or 9 pm but i can't cause every time i go is nothing but kids/teenagers just seating there playing or being loud even tho i use airpods i can still hear the that's how loud they are no respect for other's and they let everyone in with no member- ship and i don't think that's cool at all. but other than that is ok.”

“This is my goto gym when I travel to Crockett for work. The owner, staff and members are friendly and helpful, and the equipment is excellent. The gym very clean and organized. It's nice to get in a good workout without needing to spend half your time looking for attachments and plates. I love Muscle and Curves Gym. 💪”
